Alam... answering the phones extremely rude! places you on hold with no information for exuberant amounts of time i was literally on hold for 25mins inly to get hung up on! i called back and was placed on hold without her even asking my name! trying to get a prescription and This office protocols are waaay out of date
I've been trying to call this office to make an appointment since my insurance assign me to her as my primary doctor and I have been able to speak with anyone, there's not an option to speak with anyone to make an appointment I left tons of voicemails no one return my calls I think about changing doctor since I can't make an appointment with them I jus don't get it
Listen! small office great staff!!! i have never felt soo much love and support from a team as a whole! the moment I walked in to the office i felt at ease. My god , i left the office feeling so satisfied and safe with your team that I cried... a good release and relief that I found people that still care! such a blessing. My initial visit was with Dr. Dix and my exam was with the amazing NP Kristin
All I got say is terrible doctor! Enough said please don't waste your time seeing her all she going to do is play with your health and give you the run around about your health she care about your health issues all! it just one big game to her! so don't go to her! I'm speaking from experience the honest true! Stay far away from her!
I really like Dr.Dix. I do most of my appointment booking on ZocDoc app. Which is super nice. She's through and the staff is nice. I highly recommend her.
I booked an appointment via Zocdoc for a physical and well woman exam. The office never confirmed the appointment so I took it upon myself to call their office the day of my appointment to confirm. Upon arriving at my appointment I completed the new patient paperwork and asked if the well woman exam would be done 1st or the physical. I was then told they weren’t doing either and would instead be conducting an intake appointment for a new patient and I would need to come back for the other exams. What!? Why is an intake a separate appointment? Why didn’t your office explain that office when I called to confirm my appointment? I have never had a doctors office attempt to force me into making multiple appointments. It seems like they are out to get money and bill insurance companies for multiple visits without providing actual service. I walked out without having an appointment and wasted my time.
I would highly recommend Dr. Dix. She is knowledgeable and caring. She does not rush her patients. she takes time and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. Her staff is very friendly. I've been a patient for over 15 years and I'm very pleased with her services. Her office is always clean.
I would never recommend this office to anyone due to the staff and lack of organization here! I got lab work done and had to call everyday to get my own results. I have NEVER had to bother a Drs office the way I have with this office just go get MY lab results! After calling everyday I finally spoke with the doctor and was given a run down response of "everything is good". I never received paperwork with my results or anything, so unprofessional and unorganized. I changed my Dr so fast after that and will never return nor will I recommend to anyone!
I have felt overlooked at other offices. So glad I landed here after switching several times. I feel seen and heard by the staff and Dr. Dix. They have been responsive to my phone calls and have handled my insurance company hoops of fire like a charm.
I have been going to Dr. Karen Dix for years and keep saying I will change Doctors. It's just I don't want to start all over with a new doctor. For all the years I've been going several times a year she doesn't know who I am. When I have a physical exam I have to ask her to look at my body. Her staff is incompetent and doesn't follow through with getting referrals. They have long wait times and even if you are the first appointment they run late.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
