I consistently waited 2+ hours for my appointments, the front desk staff was extremely rude and it was impossible to get a call back. In one appointment she told me I may have cervical cancer and that she would do a test for it in my next appointment, but when I showed up to that appointment she did not want to do the test. Said it was more important for me to do the diabetes test instead. I said absolutely not. It's also important to note that I am a normal size woman (and always have been and within normal weight range) yet she consistently told me I was too fat and to stop eating carbs. I was the pregnant one and was much smaller than her which made it even more puzzling. It was almost as if she was jealous. But most importantly she paid no attention to the information I provided about my medical history and shortly after giving birth I almost died from multiple pulmonary emboli. I had explicitly told her on many occasions that a genetic disorder ran in my family and that all of my immediate family members have had blood clotting complications but she did nothing with this information, not even one test or even a discussion with me about what a blood clotting emergency would look like - ZERO. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I abruptly switched to a different doctor in Torrance that was exceptional.
Worst experience of my life!!! Run run run I wouldn’t refer this place to my worst enemy you try to go to the doctor so you can feel comfortable about your experience and don’t even get to see them for two hours waiting unacceptable This doctor and her practice /office should already retire or find something new to do ! If I could put no stars or negative stars I would F this place
She is good and caring but take forever to be seen
I went to see Dr Elledge and she seems like a nice person. The appointment was OK she told me I need to go see a specialist. It took the office MONTHS to send the referral and then they sent the wrong code so I got sent back to them to fix it. I called back and now it's been a month, they were supposed to get back to me after they fix it. I can't get them on the line to followup. It's always their answering service, they have 2 hour lunch break then after 2pm it's still the answering service . My specialist is not urgent but I did not expect to be MONTHS before I see them. I would not recommend this practice.
Dr Elledge is an amazing doctor who takes the time to explain everything and doesn’t rush you in your appt. She is very thorough, kind, smart, and professional. You feel like you’re talking to a friend. She performed a surgery for my fibroids and as a nervous 1st time surgery, she made me feel calm and not worried and fixed my issue. I have been going to her for 15 years for annual Female check ups and I refer her often to my friends or people on next door app who are looking for a new OB GYN. She’s Fabulous!
She is the most sweet Doctor ever. Veey thorough and polite. Listens to every problem and concerns in minute details. I have been going to her since past 14 years. She has delivered 4 of my babies and my experience everytime with her is beyond satisfactory. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
The Staff is unprofessional. They're Always scheduling a time and day to come see them but as soon as you get there... 2 hours have past by. It would seem that nobody rely information on time, and has too much work. My advice is.. If you have so many patients that you cant keep up with anymore... Maybe you should let your patients go, Refer them to other ob gyn's that has the time and staff to keep up with patients and patients paperwork.
I am 16 weeks pregnant and I am a doctor, I cannot recommend this specialist, I received bad care and a bad experience with her. She is not interested in the patients and she did not remember what she herself said in the previous consultations, she forgot to ask for the pertinent exams (so you had to be calling the nurses to remind them to request the exams and it could take two weeks until you could achieve them). I suffer from hypothyroidism and had 1 miscarriage threat so I am undergoing treatment for this with medications. To control my hypothyroidism, they requested an exam for TSH, the last one was 7.6 (elevated) in July (when I had this result the doctor told me that I should call my primary doctor that she should solve it, once my primary doctor helped me and adjusted the dose she told me that I should continue to be seen by the gynecologist, not by her) in the next consultation I told her about the adjustment they had made and she told me that we would request a new exam both of TSH and progesterone. The day I went to my laboratory I had nothing requested so I had to call the office for two weeks until I was able to get her to ask for the tests. When I got to the consultation I asked her how my exams were and she told me that it was fine that I did not have toxoplasmosis (that she had asked me for additional) but I was interested in TSH so I asked her and she told me everything is normal, so I left the consultation calm because I had to take the same dose. But in the afternoon I was able to access my labs and confirm that she had not requested neither TSH nor progesterone. So, I wondered how she could tell me that everything was fine? So, I preferred to contact her again, I went personally twice and called for two weeks without achieving anything. Today I personally approached her at her consultation with the printed laboratories to tell her “I am 16 weeks pregnant, my last TSH levels were high and I am on progesterone treatment and I have not had a test ”, but her answer was that she had many patients and that she could not attend me for a minute, that she would call me in the afternoon. I tell all this because I want the patients who go to her consultation to know that as a health professional myself, I do not feel supported by her, that if I did not know about all these issues I do not know how my pregnancy would be handled because she does not care about the well-being of her patients. She as a doctor should know the diseases you have, the medications you take and what tests she should request. It should not be the patient who is always behind her saying "you forgot this doctor, please ask me for this test." I think that she does not take adequate time with each patient, not to mention that you can last up to 1 hour waiting for her to attend you.
Dr. Elledge was wonderful she delivered my daughter at Torrance memorial. She took me on as a patient late in my pregnancy because I wanted to deliver at Torrance Memorial and not in Long Beach. Dr. Elledge made sure I was able to deliver there and everything went really smoothly. After delivery and her shift was over Dr. Elledge came in and checked on us and even answered all of my four years questions for her. Thank you Dr Elledge!
I would not recommend and will not be returning. I spent at least 20 minutes filling out extensive paperwork and none of the staff took any time to read it, including the doctor. The front desk is unorganized, coming into the room 3 times before my appointment to ask further questions (that were clearly written out on my paperwork). The Doctor didn't take any time to address my concerns and literally had her hand on the door handle to leave as she was responding to my questions. The front desk also didn't know how to figure out if I had a co-pay and didn't give the diagnostic lab my insurance information either, which I had to call and give to them after receiving a bill. I would never come here for prenatal care....very unprofessional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
