It would be nice if they had the CORRECT address to get right directions, especially when coming in on a Saturday when their scheduling dept is closed and no other way to get in touch with someone to get directions! Checked in online, filled out forms, but I was at the wrong location! Couldn’t get in touch with anyone! Checked in via text to see if someone could call me… finally someone calls me at 5:10 and I try to explain i had wrong address but I was 2 min away (I called Continuem urgent care to get their address based on a Google map picture on reviews) receptionist told me the tech told her I had to reschedule as they were NOt waiting for anyone. I tried to explain I had been at the location based on maps since 440… but I couldn’t find their sign and I tried calling but they were closed. She said I had to be there at 4:40, which I was… at the wrong address! Worst experience ever and this was my first appt here… should have better understanding of different situations and have a bit of empathy. If you’re looking for a location that is understanding to your needs, and makes you feel cared for and valued as a patient, from this experience this is not the place

They have been very quick to get the test ran and give us results. Everyone has been very pleasant. They made our visit a very nice one. The doctor was very nice and caring making sure she kept us informed of her every move. I would highly recommend this facility to all my family and friends.
