I am very pleased with Laser Skin Care Center. Love Dr. Hong Nguyen who is very knowledgeable and compassionate. When she zaps me with nitro and I flinch, she asks me if I am OK. She is patient when I ask questions and the staff is great, the wait short, and the parking ample.

Appt time 1000, roomed 1030 for numbing for Fraxel then procedure started 1150. I was anxious about the numbing medicine wearing off but the fraxel procedure on face and hands was tolerable. I was fine at 12:30. Dr Brodsky very efficient and professional. Written aftercare instructions given.

I was seen right in time , very little wait time. Dr Nguyen is a true professional and tells it like it is! I love that about her! She is very patient with all of my silly questions and gives me straight answers.
