I have a totally opposite experience with Dr Wu. I am eternally grateful for her calling my primary doctor several times to get me into the hospital right away. I have an HMO primary and PPO secondary. Now I have 2 PPO to avoid this problem. She is not concerned about billings like many doctors. Her primary concern is healing. I heard her racked her brains on how she can heal her other patients and wrote letters to COH so her patients can get treatment without paying a huge sum of deposit. She is Chinese, so there might be communication issues. And do not be rude to your doctor and tell them that you know better. Nobody responds properly to rude comments or behavior. She is only human like we are. An oncologist treated me without reading my previous response to chemo and then lied to me that my first chemo was ineffective. It was really the most idiotic lie as he gave the same chemo. Fortunately, I know he was lying, but I did not say a thing. I looked for the results and told the hospitalist. The next day, I told the lying oncologist, Doc, I have good news, and he said yes, the first chemo did reduce your mass a lot. He did not even apologize for his lies and gross negligence. He was sad and could not look at me. He was sad because the hospitalist probably told him, and his glowing reputation that he built so expertly fakely now is ruined. My nice nurse heard my conversation with the hospitalist. Everybody told me I was lucky to have him, and now they know it is just the opposite. He is totally lucky because I am not my siblings. I am civilized and calm than most people. I also did not want to destroy his career, so even though insurance tried to convince me to report him, I truly did not want to waste any time on him. I think he learned his lessons.

Dr. Wu is the most compassionate and informative Doctor that I have had. She has always been right on top of my illness during monitoring and treatment. I would highly recommend her. Mine is an illness I will have for the rest of my life and I will hopefully be able to stay with Dr. Wu for the duration. Thank you, Ray

Dr. Wu makes you feel more like a friend than a patient. She answers any and all questions with patience and without indignation, as some doctors are prone to do. She won't keep you waiting nor will she rush through your visit.

Each visit I’ve been having with Dr. Wu has always made me feel safe, comfortable, and hopeful. I go home with a light heart always looking forward to seeing her again.

Dr. Wu is an excellent doctor. I was diagnosed with NSCLC with EGFR in June. After 5 months of chemo and target medication, I am recovered and back to work now.

Dr. Wu is caring and a very competent physician. She addressed my case as a unique situation and offered treatment options that I found acceptable. I consider her a trustworthy partner in my healthcare and cancer challenges.

Dr. Wu has been taking care of my mom ever since being diagnosed with renal cancer in 2005. My mom is now 83. Dr. Wu has been more than a Dr. to my mom and has see her through countless situations especially in the last year(2019) to present and I am sure she would have not survived if it was not for Dr. Wu's caring, knowledge and compassion. I LOVE Dr. Wu. She is extremely personable, caring & down to earth. I also very, very much appreciate how she incorporates eastern & western medicine options into my care. She works so hard & is highly dedicated to her patients & family. I highly recommend her! She's the best & sweetest Dr. I've ever had. You might have to wait awhile sometimes but everyone in her office is pleasant & she's booked solid. Well worth the wait. She really takes her time with her patients. Is very thorough & considerate.

Been going to PSMG for years. Latest Dr is Dr Liem who seems very professional but would like to hear more professional advice. Normally he just reads Lab results from a lap top. Later after I review the results I see many questable areas that I wish were better explanied. Otherwise he has years of expericnce as all the great doctors at their group.
