Ji Ah Park is an exceptional PA at Livewell Family Medicine. She is incredibly professional, kind, and truly takes the time to listen. I always feel heard and understood during my visits, and she is very knowledgeable about my health concerns. I genuinely appreciate her expertise and the thoughtful care she provides—it makes a real difference.

I really like this place the doctor actually listens to you takes time to hear what you have to say. Prescriptions are filled very quickly receptionist people are super friendly.

Dr. Young was the best doctor I've ever had, and she will be missed. However, Dr. Shen is my husband's doctor, and he's always been phenomenal. I haven't had a problem with Live Well's staff or nurses. They've been helpful, courteous, and have gone above and beyond for all of my requests. I feel I'm in good hands because things get handled! I'm sorry many others haven't felt this way. I know they're going through a transition period since Dr. Young left the practice, but as a patient, I haven't felt abandoned. My calls and emails are answered promptly and my refill requests have been granted.

I think there is potential for all the doctors that work or have worked here to be excellent. That being said, they are extremely challenged with process aspects they should not be. Reporting back test results are slow to non-existent, treating patients as though they are a practice does not happen (if your doctor leaves they may drop you completely), websites/voicemail systems/other technology support they utilize is months (or longer) out of date. They recently lost one of their doctors and the last remaining one isn't able to take on those patients (which is somewhat understandable). Ultimately my guess is the practice will not last and something will need to be done as the staff and infrastructure the practice has assumed the revenue of patients from at least two doctors and now they are down to one. I wish them luck but it may be time to rethink the practice or rapid make some management level decisions.

Run! Do not bring your family to this practice. Dr Shen completely failed to report blood work results to my family member, leaving unchecked high psa to later result in stage 4 prostate cancer! I personally was ditched by Dr young with no notice by the practitioner while being treated for diabetes, bp and liver disease. The only way I found out of her departure from the office was when I called to see my medication was not being refilled. Negligence at the very least is the best I can say about this situation.

10 years with this office and have received nothing but excellent care and attention. Attentive staff and doctors that provide thorough, personalized care. Lucky to have found them, especially Dr, Shen.

AWFUL! DO NOT GO HERE! I would give NO STARS if I could. After waiting 3 months for this appointment, the office staff had the audacity to not let me know until right before they want to collect my copayment that I'm not in network. After I double checked several times asking them that I am for sure in their network. Every time they said yes no problem, just to find out that there is no coverage for me. Awful communication from the staff! What a waste of three months, where I could've gone elsewhere. Don't waste your time with these people, it's not worth it. They are not on top of things and don't communicate whatsoever. Thank goodness I called a week before my appointment to confirm it because they didn't even send me the new patient paperwork in my email like they said they would when I first made the appointment. They need to get more competent staff for this office.

This place is ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE!!!! I cannot even think of a word bad enough to describe the DISGUSTING experiences I had at this office. Screening my calls, lying to me over and over, not filling medications for weeks at a time and leaving me to completely fend for myself...Their staff was atrocious to me, talked over me over and over and over, blamed me for not knowing things that THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT. Their staff are some of the rudest, most horrible, most uncaring and vile human beings I have ever encountered. They left me for weeks without any calls back or any medical care whatsoever, then their staff yelled at me and talked over me continuously when I finally was able to speak with them. After trying to talk to their staff for minutes and having them consistently speak over me and treat me in the most unprofessional manner, I could not take any more of this ABOMINABLE treatment and I yelled back....and instead of taking any action to correct their miserable staff's behavior and total incompetence, they discharged me because I dared to speak up about the horrible, horrible way I was being treated. They called me rude and disrespectful because I decided to speak back to these horrible people the same way they were speaking to me. Yes. I was rude and disrespectful ONCE after being fed up from at least a dozen times of them being far, far more rude, disrespectful, and downright INHUMANE to me. And I was discharged. The doctor even admitted that there was nothing that I could have reasonably done to avoid this horrible situation that they put me in....yet she still discharged me because I would not allow their staff ton treat me like a pile of dirt any more. Their medical neglect could have literally killed me and they did not care one bit. I am lucky to still be alive and working after the absolutely despicable treatment I faced at this practice. Do. Not. Ever. Trust. These. People. With. Your. Care.

I called the office in a full panic today because my pharmacy said that they never received approval of my refill for a very important medication I have been taking for almost a decade. My pharmacy repeatedly told me to reach out to this office because it was the doctor that did not respond. Within a few minutes of leaving a frantic and bewildered voicemail for Dr. Shen, I received a call from his staff member Stephanie. She was an angel, she explained that the doctor had in fact already taken care of the refill request the previous week. She assured me that the pharmacy had been sent the refill approval. She held my had and gently walked me through the process of confirming with my pharmacy. This was the pharmacy's fault, yet Dr. Shen's staff, specifically Stephanie, really took it on themselves to help me straighten out the pharmacy issues. Thank you for this, as someone who is immunocompromised, I do not have the luxury to run back and forth to the pharmacy. Dr. Shen and Stephanie saved me a lot of pain and trouble.
