Great experience..
Dr. Huang is very professional and addressed my concerns!
I was referred to Dr. Lizhou Huang by my PCP at MemorialCare Medical Group for a preventative screening procedure. I was so impressed with the quality of care I received. Dr Huang, his anesthesiologist, his incredible team of nurses, even the administrative staff were all so wonderful. They made this not so fun but necessary procedure a pleasant experience for me. Thank you Dr. Huang and team.
This review is for memorial care medical group. As of right now I don't even have appointments to see my specialist yet because the earliest appointments are not until end of October-in other words 6 months away...so I am writing this just wanted to share with everyone thinking of selecting a medical grp....how little Memorial Care medical group actually care about their patients. I am so regretting switching medical grp thinking that I have better access to more physicians and more choices with appointments times. And nothing could be further from the truth...I have chronic condition and need to see specialist every 3 mos and testing every 6 months. However I don't see that's going to be possible with memorial care now. The doctors I was able to see speaks with heavy accent and difficult to understand-and I mean no hate here being a refugee myself. Just that it was difficult. From scheduling an appointment to getting prescription to communication during the consultation....overall...the experience was memorial but not Care...

Poor service, poor quality of care, not accommodating rude office staff. The quality of healthcare has really gone downhill from Memorialcare over the past few years.
He was very attentive and listened to my concerns

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
