Muy buena atención
Find another place. Seriously. They weren't great to begin with, but now they merged with another company, so even if you make an appointment there, that's not where you end up. Instead they conveniently "forget" to tell you that your mammogram is 20 minutes away at their "new" location. Which turns out to be something similar to a bad hospital ER. Save yourself time, energy and frustration.
The 2 stars are for the convenient hours and days that I appreciate. Nowadays, customer service leaves much to be desired. I called to find out if they accept CalOptima since I moved to Anaheim, CA from Bellflower, CA to see if I could schedule my mammogram and breast imaging. A woman named Heidi answered, thinking I was another customer. She said she was trying to reach another client but I guess our phone lines were crossed. So when I eventually asked, she had an attitude, very abrupt. I wanted to chew her out, but I said thank you and hang up. She acted as though I was bothering her. I never talked to her in my life, and it's been almost 2 years for my next appointment. They did say they take insurance, but I didn't know what type. If Heidi didn't want to do her job, then there are always other job candidates that could replace her. What's more, in spite of them botching my right breast after a biopsy, I stayed with them. Well,...not anymore for the reason above, and if I returned to LA County, I would take my medical history elsewhere.
Horrible service, I was turned away due to the technician being over booked.
Es verdad todos los comentarios que hacen , me hicieron esperar casi 3 horas Para tomar otra vez el examen
This whole company is totally incompetent. They also have a severe identity crisis, as every time I interacted with them there was a different name they were operating under. Started out calling Radnet, that morphed into Beverly Imagaging, when I showed up at their offices they were Wavenet. TOTALLY CONFUSING! My doctor referred me to Radnet Long Beach and provided number. Called number which informed me the only way to schedule an X-Ray was to go to LBWalkin.com. There I scheduled an X-Ray appt for 9:45 Tuesday, June 28. I show up on time and the receptionist starts gaslighting me saying they don't have any X-Ray Appts for this date. Total waste of time. Called to speak to a manager, got more gaslighting about how they don't make X-Ray Appointments because it's all walk-in. Then when I gave her my confirmation number, she stuttered around about how the appt had been cancelled because they had no technician. No one bothered to contact me. AVOID these people like the plague. This business is not BBB Accredited. Their Credo seems to be: Maximize profit, to hell with anything resembling customer service.
Have had to come her several times for different exams or test. Very friendly and caring staff.
this review does not reflect on the staff at Wave Imaging. it is the monopoly Wave Imaging has on Long Beach including Long Beach Memorial. No appointments for xray. WTW. I went to three different offices over a weeks time period. Like I have the discretionary time to seek out an xray office. Offices are over crowded. People standing in the hallways. Masks/no masks. People in wheelchairs crammed into a 16x18 lobby. WTW. Straight up monopoly. Struck out three times to get xrays. Nope. My Doctor will have to just do without the xrays. Lousy medical care on the part of Wave Imaging. Can't even imagine the grief the staff members get in these offices. PS And just ty to find a corporate phone number.
A few weeks ago I went to the WaveImaging offices at the Long Beach, Lakewood and Signal Hill, California locations, between 3:45 p.m. - 4:15 p.m., shortly after seeing and being referred there by my Dr. at an earlier 2:00 p.m. appt that same day. Each of those locations told me they had reached their capacity for the day. Mind you, the offices are open until 5 p.m. The offices at: 6440 South Street; 2708 E. Willow and 3828 Shaufele all turned me away. Obviously I was fit to be tied. Prior to driving around to all these locations I went to the one on San Antonio Drive first and was told they had moved to the one on South Street. It went downhill from there. The following morning at 10:00 a.m. I went back to the office on Willow and was told they didn't have an x-ray Technician. I was about ready to call my Dr. and let him know what was happening but decided to try another one. Left there and was finally able to get an x-ray done at the Lakewood location. The wait was long but at least I got it done. Oh, and by the way, the x-ray itself only took 5 minutes. This business is so unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like it. Hire more staff and increase your hours. The pandemic is making workers so lazy and good, quality customer services is very rare these days. Many businesses are using the pandemic as an excuse to provide lackluster services. There is absolutely no justification. Clean up your act and provide the type of service that your patients deserve and that you, yourself would want. In the meantime, I suggest anyone who needs an x-ray to make an appt or arrive super early. They will turn you away without so much of a blink of an eye.
I was treated very kindly, Tina I believe was the nicest and so helpful

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
