Got my referral to see Dr Tanios. I called the office to make an appt. I was told it would be a Zoom appt. due to the virus. I was told that they would send me a link to connect to Zoom. After waiting for more than 2+ weeks for my appt (a Zoom appt) at 2:30PM . I heard nothing from the office so I called at 2:45PM and no one answered. I left a message. The next day at almost 4PM I received a call from Dr. Tanios office. I was told that they had called me to cancel my appt and that they had left me a message. I explained to the lady that No calls were missed and there were No messages on my cell phone (my only phone). The lady insisted that someone had called me and we needed to reschedule my appointment. I'm the type of person that does not tolerate incompetent people. Long story short. I got a new referral for a different doctor.

I called to schedule a new patient appointment and the medical assistants accommodated me with in 1 week and a half. I was very pleased with the schedule. The day I had the consultation the medical assistants were phenomenal, professional and very smart.A Sleep Study was ordered at their same facility Maged A Tanios MD Inc where I had my consultation. When I followed up with the doctor for my sleep results I was given the same treatment as the first time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the office.

Very upset... I have been waiting for someone to check which inhaler is covered under my medical plan for at least two to three plus weeks now. The front office tells me everyday they will take care of it and they do not. I never seen this dr. And his associates act as if they do not care. I don't know who to report this too so I'm leaving this survey to report this issue. I most likely will not return to this office. Patients aren't the priority I suppose nor their medical needs.

I never saw this doctor. I never saw him on my first two visits to his office. On my third visit to his office, I was kept waiting for 90 minutes. I left. I will never go to this doctor again.
