Majestic Medical Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Have been a patient of Dr Lee for several years. She has always been professional and thorough. Staff has always been as nice as they can be and very helpful with my insurance plans. I don't understand why all the negative reviews cause I have had nothing but good service from Dr. Lee and her staff. Must be someone posting over and over because no one gets that many negative reviews when they actually do a damn good job. Thank you Dr. Lee for all you do.

Surprisingly everything was good.

I have been with Dr. Lee since 2020. And I was a transfer from NC. Since then she has improved my health. By doing so I am off three medications. Who has a doctor that does that?

Assigned to this place by insurance. Turns out they don’t even take it. Whoever picked up the phone to tell me that was so condescending.

I was referred to Dr. Christina’s (PCP) Office hoping to get better medical care. It only took two visits for me to realize the incompetency of her staff. I have been diagnosed with GERD for several years in which I require a specialist in that area. I also have a condition call Chiari Malformation. Chiari Malformation is a malformation of the Cerebellum. It’s where the stem of the brain presses against the spinal cord causing a great deal of pain and pressure which results in severe headaches along with muscle weakness and other symptoms. I had to be referred to a NeuroSurgeon who specializes in this area of the brain. I gave her staff all my medical records including my diagnosis of these issues. I was overlooked and never got the proper medical attention. Although, I reached out to Dr. Christina’s office regarding these important issues. I was again overlooked. It’s December of 2025 and I’m getting worse especially not being able to continue with my daily lifestyle. I’ve since changed to another Medical provider for the new year 2026. I am hoping to get the proper care on how to manage my medical issues. I am Sixty Nine approaching my Seventieth Birthday. I can only tell you, it’s the grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ which has kept me in faith and taking care of me. The LORD is the reason why I’m not in a Wheelchair, Walker or a Cain. The medical profession is not about saving lives especially after you reach a certain age. However as long as God gives me breath in my lungs daily, I will continue to advocate not just for me but for others who are not capable of speaking out. Medicare and State Medical has got to do better for the elderly in America. It’s a crime and it’s shameful to be treated this way by unprofessional😢😢 I pray God will expose every diabolical greed in the medical profession and stop playing God.

Came to leave a bad review but alas it's awful already!!! The office manager Sammy K. Is completely incompetent . They booked, rebooked then lost an appointment (mine) and forgot to return two calls to my husband in regards to results and appointments. After showing frustration with front desks lack of accountability we were told we can no longer make appointments. Cool- not like you can actually get one anyways.

Terrible experience! From the office manager making comments about me in Cambodian thinking I wouldn’t understand - I did, to the two receptionist talking down about me because of my insurance provider - saying it’s a really bad provider and they’re trying to phase it out because it was so messy, to the doctor who couldn’t be bothered to listen to me without interrupting me. In the end I was told to find another doctor, and two specialist since she couldn’t see anything wrong and she works in preventative care only. There wasn’t even a single work up, evaluation or anything else to determine what could be wrong. Waste of money and time. Stay away

What a joke - I went there about 14 months ago once. I find out now she misdiagnosed and said I had diabetic neuropathy which I do not and never said I did and never treated for it. It now has prevented me from getting life insurance and now they are investigating. Stay far far away - this place is a joke and putting in wroing information for a person that follows them and causes problems is no joke. They are contacting them, and I am calling my insurance company and filing a grievance for them to cut her off our nework - like life is not tough enough just another thing to deal with that other people make a problem
