Saw this "doctor" yesterday and she did absolutely nothing for me except be rude and turn me away while I was howling in pain, couldn't walk, and was in great deal of distress. I tested positive for COVID (home test) and she only took my vitals and refused to give me another COVID test or treat me in any way. I HAVE NEVER had such an unpleasant experience with someone at Long Beach Memorial Care UC. She should truly be ashamed of herself. My PCP even told me to go into urgent care, what huge waste of time and effort. Now I have to wait over 20 more hours sleepless and IN PAIN for a virtual appointment because this lady was too lazy to do the job herself. Also, she has a terrible bedside manner and showed no concern for my pain or wellbeing.

I went to the Memorial Care Urgent Care Clinic on Warner in Fountain Valley. I went because of a sinus trouble. Maria did her precursory checks and discovered I had an accelerated heartbeat. She performed an EKG and found I was in AFIB. I felt completely normal. If she hadn’t found it I probably wouldn’t still be alive! She immediately sent me to Orange Coast Emergency. The Dr in ER admitted me and performed a cardio version to synchronize my heart rate! Maria saved my life! My family and I are eternally grateful! She is a wonderful caregiver! In my book caregiver of the year!
