MCMG has a bunch of branches and I was sent to this one. Honestly wanted to be positive as most said the “drs. don’t care and they jump you to which ever doctor is available” and it was true for my case. Best if you go in with questions already or else you won’t be explained anything. First time being pregnant and I don’t know what the hell to ask but from what I did ask all they said was “oh that’s normal” and would rather you communicate over My Chart. And for basically only seeing them once a month it was a nightmare. I wasn’t given any information on my pregnancy and had to learn about my due date from My Chart and wasn’t seen by the doctor to go over my first normal ultrasound. My second occurrence was my Pap smear results saying I was gonna be prescribed medication and the dr. never added it to my chart as I called and they said there was no medication sent to my pharmacy to contact the dr. on My Chart to which the Dr. Tries to cover her bum and say I prescribed it and should have been sent to your pharmacy. Again tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and for my anatomy scan they send you out for a different clinic “that specializes in it” and my ultrasound pictures have never been sent to me and that was a month ago. Yay👌🏼so now I have to get in contact with that clinic. But can’t complain they do have a nice waiting room and everyone is nice 👍🏼

Dr. Kiernan is always so lovely and personable. She is the perfect balance of listening to you and giving her professional advice. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love Dr. Kiernan! She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and offers great advice for first time moms! She has the best energy when she walks into the room and really made me feel comfortable right of the bat. I’m praying she is the OB who will deliver my baby! If you are looking for a Doctor who doesn’t rush through appointments and is easy to talk to, I highly recommend Dr Kiernan :)
