This place is a dump Dawn the receptionist there is very rude she doesn't take into consideration that people are old and are in pain and she likes to argue with them and slam her window in your face very very rude people that work here they mock people saying they're strung out their junkies when people are just trying to be free of their pain that cripples them everyday and then they want to hold my medical records hostage because the one good doctor doctors are do that was there left I just would never ever want to go to this doctor's office again and I wouldn't want anybody I know to go there either these girls totally have no bedside manner and are very very rude to the patients I think giving them one star is even ranking them too high.

Dr. Mikhael has been successfully treating my migraines and back pain for years. I have always found him to be an extraordinary doctor who takes time to discuss my pain levels and the best treatments. The office is fast, thorough, and efficient. Susan Font the P.A. is great. She is quick to respond to emails and submit referrals. Everyone on staff is outstanding. I consider Dr. Mikhael to be one of the best doctors I have ever experienced.

The consultation was extremely hard to get it, the messages in the voicemail never returned. Finally I got a date and when I arrived there was not a front desk assistant . During the consultation he left the room to talk to another patient and I had to ask he returns to finish the consultation . To proceed with the treatment I had to do numerous phone calls to schedule the procedure. He did it but he never approached to me to let me know how went everything . I see this doctor is very impersonal, apparently he relies in the other people and written notes to explain everything.

Been a patient for many years & would never consider i going anywhere else. Dr. Mikhail & staff have been incredible. They gave me back my life.

Dr. Mikhael is an excellent pain management doctor. However if you see him you will get an intake and nothing else, unless you are having a procedure. You will be seeing a PA for anything else. Also his office is the most dysfunctional I have ever seen; it took them 4 months to get a progress note from another doctor because they never followed up, and I have been trying for over a month to get someone to send a proper request for medication authorization to my insurance company.

A pleasant demeanor, but very stubborn if I ask about my treatment. We wait and wait, and he enters and exits the rooms so quickly, you have no time to talk to him. Worse is when you have chronic pain but doing well on a stable dose of meds for years. Then one day out of the blue Dr. M states he won't give me one drug that I was on for 8 years; and that I needed to cut down 50% on my other pain medicines. That's PAIN MISMANAGEMENT. Pain is this MD's specialty, yet he inflicts it. Avoid

Never would I recommend, even to my worst enemy.

Scheduling a consult was easy for lower back pain due to Degenerative Disk Disease. The follow-up appointment for treatment however has been a nightmare. They called and left message indicating they had an appointment 2 weeks out. Tried calling back 5+ times to schedule with no answer. When the finally called back the next appt was 4 weeks out and the lady hung up on me making me feel like she had done me a favor. 4 weeks later they cancelled my appt by voicemail and haven't answered phone since

The office staff for this practice is disorganized, inefficient, and down right unprofessional. They may have forgotten that they are working for a pain management practice.They have no compassion for chronic pain. Dr. Medhat Mikhael condoms this behavior and has allowed this practice to continue after hundreds of complaints. Dr. Medhat Mikhael has sold his soul to the devil for the dollar. Matthew 6:24 -No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money. Lets remind him of the oath that he has taken in hopes that he will find his way back to God and in the service of humanity once again. DR. greedy read THE OATH BELOW and provide us with your understanding of the oath that you have taken, because you violate this oath on a daily bases. You and your team, under your direction bully,threaten and intimidate patients daily all for a co-pay of $20.00. WHERE IS THE HUMANITY IN THIS PRACTICE?? IF YOU NEED A 20.00 I WOULD BE HAPPY TO LOAN YOU A 20. We all need to stand up against. DOCTORS LIKE DOCTOR GREEDY. We need to educate other patients on his unmoral character, and sinful conduct. It's a joke that the medical board has given you the power to dangle the quality of life over the heads of people suffering in chronic pain for a copay. You have lost your way as a Doctor and need to pray for GOD'S forgiveness and mercy. There will come a day when you stand before him for judgment. He has given you the ultimate gift and blessing to serve his children, there is no higher copay. He will provide you much more the you will ever imagine if you love and has compassion for his children.
