Unfortunately my rating hasn't changed, meaning nothing has really changed. Does anyone actually look at these reviews? Because this is EXTREMELY disheartening for a health clinic to not to be able to make an appointment. Especially at a residency, they have tons of doctors, yet they are always fully booked? MemorialCare used to be so efficient and honestly one of the best now it has become one of the worst healthcare I've ever been with. I don't have much choices when it comes to healthcare as most don't take my insurance anymore. It's so sad, how many of us have health conditions, that shouldn't be neglected. Yet I can't even make an appointment at all. I'm barely taking care of myself at this point, this honestly making me depressed. No help, no follow-up from them at all.

Dr Swords has always treated me with respect and dignity. She has always been attentive, concerned about my health. She is proactive in dealing with any symptoms that arise. Her knowledge and professionalism no matter what you look like is very refreshing and important to me. She is a credit to her profession.

If I could rate Dr Castillo 20/10 I would. He’s the most patient, down-to-earth primary care provider I’ve ever had! He listens and genuinely cares about his patients as a whole.

The doctors, nurses, lab, and staff here at the Spring St. location are always great! The doctors don't rush you like other places and they make sure they've answered all questions.

I went here because when I called the memorial care appointment schedule line, they told me to come here to go to a specialist (which they helped me find) Dr. Snodgrass. When I go there, they take my co-pay and sit me in a room. The nurse does her thing and then informs me that it wouldn't be Snodgrass seeing me but a brand new zero experience doctor. I specifically needed someone with experience to assess me and figure out was it wrong. This doctor (not his fault) was completely incapable of handling my complex case. Way to steal my co-pay and charge my insurance for nothing, absolutely nothing. You guys did nothing.
