Very impressed , went into fetal testing and nurse caught contractions on the monitor . Asked if she could preform cervical check which I agreed and turned out to be 5 cms dilated. Was congratulated and moved to labor & delivery . Staff was super friendly and attentive. Labored naturally and nurses were sure respectful of my birth plan and my choice of a non medicated birth . When calling nurse extensions they answered and were sure to help me ! Day shift nurses introduced me to Night Shift and omg may I say every nurse was amazing from the hello to the goodbye. Thank you nurse Tara for helping me deliver my baby, the doctor didn't make it and thank you Tara for keeping me calm. being super attentive, respecting my labor and being amazing !! She helped me break my water ! & helped me so much , I could rant but to close I'm just super great ful for this hospital , staff and especially nurse Tara ! Thank you god bless

Waiting room visit was more than 10 hours. Doctors too busy to prescribe medication to patients waiting that are in severe pain. Nurse technicians don't care about patient welfare. This place needs to be investigated for negligence.

Worst ER experience ever! Ever!!! I've never felt so belittle and ignored. Went at 4pm as recommended by my MD's office after having surgery and 2 days later having sharp right pain and heavy bleeding. Got labs and sono done and then kept waiting to see the doctor and receive treatment, asked several times and nothing...asked for pain medications, nothing...it was already 11:30 and still hadn't received treatment or seen the MD. Asked to sign an AMA document and they told me didn't use one, that I could just leave...left in tears, anxious and still in pain at 12am.

I'm a patient of hyperemesis, I was told by my doctor go straight to labor & delivery & a bed would be ready . The security wouldn't let me up & sent me to THE EMERGENCY ROOM . I waited for 11 hours before i was even acknowledged. The staff were never anywhere to be found . They were very rude when i asked any questions . I threw up over 5 times , yet they said it's not priority. I've been sitting here miserable . Terrible EMERGENCY ROOM .

This ER department is so horrible!! We were in the waiting room 7hrs!! So many sick kids and they were not calling them back!! While getting medications ER techs talking about getting their butts done showing off what they've gotten done!! They don't care about their pts care at all.... I will file complaint with the hospitals admins ASAP!! My daughters vitals were not checked at all only when we walked in!!! I will never come to this ER again!!!! DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!!

It's pretty bad when after surgery, the patient is not allowed to see loved ones or family until placed in a room which took over 8 hours of waiting after surgery to get!! This is a facility issue and not the doctors or nurses in care. However it's very frustrating and seems like poor management and patients don't matter. Patients have no say and if ask for any accommodations in care the hospital staff will write down refused care and insurance have the right to deny coverage. Patients or prisoners?
