Dr. Hsieh was kind, patient, took her time to listen to me in regards to my kids symtoms also gave my 13 year the opportunity to advocate for herself on her symptoms. She was also very kind and patient with my 2 year old.

This was my second time being treated by Dr Patel. Let’s just say that as soon as I got home,after that first visit, I went to My Chart and asked if she saw patients outside of Urgent Care. She made me feel “seen”. She was GENUINELY concerned and empathetic. I just can NOT say enough about her!

Great doctor. Really read the history of my visits carefully and took care of my needs. Though it was a brief visit, I didn’t feel rushed.

Dr.Lee is a great provider I just didn’t appreciate being left in the hall waiting for his nurse. When I waited for help it seemed like the nurse was preoccupied with filing her nails without looking up… had a nice lady in grey scrubs offer help instead.
