Dr. Devera is great! She did my surgery and did such a great job. She even called me a day before the surgery to see if I had any questions. I had surgeries before and no Doctor’s that I’ve had or staff ever called me a day before surgery to see if I had any questions. She has been my gynecologist for awhile now and she’s knowledgeable and takes her time answering your question. I never felt rushed. I don’t hesitate recommending her to family and friends because I know she’ll take good care of them.

So they have their robot answer, and to start this has nothing to do with staff... So you called the number you get your robot your robot says push one for English you push one for English and your robot says oh you can't push one anymore we don't have that system so again you have to sit there and ask why did you just tell me to push one now they don't have an area phone number anymore they have an 800 or 657 goes to a call center and then you have to wait on hold and then you have to talk to their robot 20 more times until it hey I need a person hey a human would be great hey a representative and the robot says you wanted to test do you want to do that you absolutely nothing you could ever possibly need ever possibly need I find it amazing that technology has put us in a position to where you can have 4700 options and not one of them is a necessity not one is going to help you you don't think that people already know they can go online to their chart and make changes if they need to so they're actually calling someone it's because there's a genuine need and no when I finally did get a (navigator)... She wasn't able to help me with the issue. Sorry for the rant... Didn't use proper grammar

Doctor Rivas was phenomenal! She was very kind and knowledgeable. It was my first well women exam and my first Pap smear, but she made me feel very comfortable. Thankfully she explained every part of the process as she went and it was pretty painless. I would definitely go back to see her again! The receptionist, Daniella, and the nurse who helped me were both so kind! Great service overall!

My first time at Memorial Care and meeting Dr. Devera, very professional, polite, attentive, and experienced with my concerns. I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to meet with her.
