It's always good when you have a doctor that listens to the reason why you even came there in the first place and is not rushing you to just see you and get you out she make me feel that she'll be on top of my health like the way you would for a loved one and that's always a wonderful feeling to have vibes like that from your doctor

I rarely write reviews, but want to warn people about the professionalism of supervisor Paulina Tenari and Dan (Dawn) Nguyen, a new NP, who is part of Dr. Yvonne Rodriguez’s team. I filled out all my paperwork and signed-in for my virtual appointment on Friday morning, waited 20 minutes, then got a voicemail saying that NP Nguyen had abruptly cancelled my appointment. I spent all day trying to reschedule, repeatedly navigating a tangled web of phone transfers since you cannot call the office directly. I was able to get through to NP Nguyen after a few hours, but she said she couldn’t see me until Monday and repeatedly avoided my request to reschedule later that afternoon. When I spoke to supervisor Paulina Tenari, she referred me to urgent care (who had already said they would be unable to order specialized tests and referred me back to MemorialCare LB Douglas Park). Supervisor Paulina Tenari repeatedly disconnected my call or sent me to voicemail as I tried to figure out a solution. I have never experienced this level of difficulty with a medical practice; this borders on medical negligence and delayed care. I have time-sensitive blood tests and MRI to be ordered and am greatly disappointed by NP Nguyen’s no show and supervisor Paulina Tenari's lack of concern. The whole experience trying to navigate MemorialCare Medical Group Long Beach has been awful.
