Always meet my concerns and needs. Pleased with the operation. The faculty is always clean the front desk staff is very printed and explain things kindly to get you to your appointment. The nurses and doctors are always very helpful in providing the care you need. Highly recommend this location. C
You see 2.9 stars . Take that as a warning to avoid this place. I took my girlfriend here cuz she’s having allergie reaction. We didn’t get no reaction from them . She’s been waiting in The lobby for 1 hr and half . Save you’re self sometime and go to the ER!!!
great care
Nasty nasty. I had to go here in a pinch since my doctors were booked out. I was in excruciating pain. They assigned me to Jessica Sokol. From the moment I stepped in she was huffing and puffing with attitude. Everything I said describing my pain she cut me off. She scoffed at me the whole time as if she hated me. I got no answers, and 100% condescending tones. One point I snapped back because she wouldn't listen to a thing and was basically blaming me for my spine pain. I had gone to a specialist years ago after my Cvid shot because I was a mess afterwards with horrible complications. I told her the last set of X-rays the specialist said I had rheumatoid arthritis so I was nervous I was having a flare up. It's intense pain for weeks where I can't sleep sit or stand. She laughed it off and basically said that was impossible. I was so sick of her treating me like this. I was in complete shock. I ended up leaving in tears with no answers. Disgusting behavior for our medical system. This is not the job for her.
I hate to leave a 1 star review, because my previous care here with Vicki Hsieh was wonderful. I appreciate her time, sensitivity to the matter and thorough care. My visit on May 1st with Alan M Tenazas was awful. I went to urgent care for a sensitive matter. I had been the previous month for something similar. My PCP is booked months out, so they recommend I go to their urgent care. Alan dismissed my concerns after speaking to me for 5 minutes. He had not even read through my file. I know this because he kept stating things as facts that was incorrect and I pointed out that it should be in my file. Then he would read it and say Oh I didn't see that. He felt on the area in question and said he didn't feel what I felt. Okay, you are not inside my body and whether you felt it or not, I should be tested further. He lied straight out, telling me that he could not order certain tests. I know it's a lie, because PA at the very same urgent care ordered it before. He then tells me to write a complaint to my insurance about my PCP to get seen sooner. I told him that type of thing will take weeks, if not months and I am concerned what's happening now, which is why I am in Urgent care. It was like talking to a wall. I got nowhere. No testing, no nothing. Just dismissed.
I've only been here twice and both times were a joke. First time Dr forgot about me in the room, left for the day and I had to start over from the beginning with a different Dr. Second visit the Dr didn't even read anything the nurse put on my chart and then try to prescribe me something I'm allergic to. I've had better care in the CVS Dr station. My guess is these Drs are wash outs that can't make it in the field. Definitely miss management.
Have been told this is the direction health care is going. Doctors managed by a large group, where the patient has to go through a call center/online portal to reach a doctor, and you always have to wait 1-5 days for a response. Saw Dr. Sin, he stated several times how he responds to messages several times a day. He made a mistake on a referral.......and after three different calls (and several from the other drs office), he didn't fix it for 10 days, and never responded to any of my messages. Pretty much as expected, takes forever to get an appt, and you can't get simple answers. Need a appt? They said to call between 5-6 AM that day. The system was already broken, now there's another layer on top of that
Was seen my Dr. Amanda Rodriguez for acute bronchitis following a chest cold. I made a reservation online and was seen quickly after the appt time. The care team was super prompt and caring. I was offered relief for this unrelenting cough, and I felt well cared for by staff.
Waiting here for a room to become available for 5 hours. Still waiting here so we'll see how the rest of the experience goes.
Given my recent experience, I plan to change my daughters to a different provider group. So disappointed in their lack of urgency, lack of communication, and poor customer service. The staff in the lab don't seem to enjoy dealing with children. By their comments, they seemed to be bothered with children being afraid to get blood work. My daughter was told "I told you not to move, see now I need to poke you again." Also, I don't understand the purpose of "health care navigators." I called multiple times to speak with my daughter's doctor and stressed the urgency only to find out 2 days later (after FINALLY getting a call back), the doctor was out of the office. Not sure why the health care navigator would not communicate this to me and redirect me to a provider who can help. One of the navigators said "well you just have to wait for a call back" after I shared that I made multiple attempts to get a hold of someone urgently. As parents, it's a scary feeling when your children is ill and no one is getting back to you in regard to their care. I would not recommend this facility.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
