really this hospital is not good for an emergency they took my grandson at 6 in the afternoon they spent the whole night there and they never attended him what kind of hospital is this if they were not going to attend them they should say so that they are not wasting their time there

So the Childrens Village 5stars the staff is always kind and helpful always fast visits and they’re super clean The Emergency department 0 stars. Brought my son in for high unbreakable fevers since they are the closest children's hospital to us I’ve been waiting for over 6hrs to be seen. The waiting area has a high volume of homeless looking for a spot to sleep. It’s not the cleanest and the bathrooms are horrific. I’ve never seen a hospital bathroom so dirty before. The lobby area isn’t that clean either so that should say something. I think county is cleaner and faster than this place

great stay here all the ladies were super nice. Helpful made sure I was okay. My favorite RN was for sure Hannah as she kept conversations with me and made me feel great and I stayed in pediatrician. All the RN here are amazing

Nose que clase de ospital es estoy furiosa yegue a las 4:40 y mi niña con fiebre y sali a las 9:30 pm y con la fiebre mas alta. En pocas palabras nisiquiera la fiebre les importo controlarla ,y estaba que no podia creerlo Que asta despues reaxione ,porque no les ise compley
