Dr. Yoshpe herself is a great woman. The audiologist who used to work here is no longer working here. And her replacement is just terrible! I've now had two separate instances where the doctor has been VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I drove an hour to an appointment, when I noticed I was going to be late I called (4 min late) no response, left a voicemail. Showed up 10 min late, waited 5 min to be told because of how late I was she would not help me! So thankful this office has another audiologist and not just the one at the Long Beach location.Willing to drive further to HB/ Los Al to not deal with her ever again.

Dr. Yoshpe is hands down the best ENT in the LB/OC area. She's performed surgery on myself, brother, uncle and cousin and now my son. Absolutely worth the wait for her expertise and caring bedside manner. Her NP is very knowledgeable and personable as well. Office staff was efficient, zero wait in office at time of appt, surgery scheduler was accommodating. Thanks again for helping our family, Dr. Yoshpe

No No No...This Dr. refuses to pay for services rendered to me ( a Vendor) at her HB waterfront property. Completely disappeared and ignores me. Thats a true testament to her character. Keep looking...

There's a huge breakdown in their front office and how they handle business. I'm appalled by what I go through every time I deal with this office. The calls are not answered, if they are you wait for 20mins for someone to answer a 5 seconds question. Sometimes they hang up on you after the prolonged wait. There's zero professionalism when you actually get someone on the line. The doctors come so highly recommended but it makes you wonder why the office is so poorly managed. I intend to take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Yoshpe is very kind and makes sure to really get to the exact issue that may be causing the problem your having. She helped my newborn daughter and myself and I am so happy we went to her. All the doctors and nurses at the office are all very nice. Great experience!

Horrible audiologist. Unfriendly and snarky. Questions not answered and just wanted to push long-term steroid drugs.

While Dr. Yoshpe is wonderful, be aware that this office is an administrative mess. They just referred me to a collections agency for a $10 co-pay I have already paid two times. Have to think there are other equally great ENTs out there that wouldn't make you go through these headaches.

Dr. Yoshpe is one of the most caring, gentle and professional doctors I've met. She treats you as a "whole" she's not just concerned about her specific "area." Thank you!
