Dr. Reyes is an amazing physician who shows a lot of empathy and compassion toward his patients. Takes the time to listen thoughtfully without judgment and shows genuine care for his patients health. I will continue to use One Medical as long as Dr. Reyes is part of this practice. I have also referred others to use him as their primary physician because of the wonderful experience I had. The rest of the office staff were very friendly and professional as well. Good location, with plenty of parking and the waiting area was clean, quiet, and comfortable as well.

this particular OneMedical location has absolutely ruined my tolerance for pretty much any other medical establishment. as someone who usually suffers from medical/health anxiety, this place (and Dr. Lee!) has been a Godsend. it’s clean, convenient, comfortable, and just…. chef’s kiss. from the front desk to the lab team, everyone is very kind and helpful. if you usually get anxious and/or overstimulated by clinics + doctors offices, this OneMed may be for you!

I had a great visit with Dr Reyes, who was comprehensive in his approach to providing patient care. He addressed all of my concerns but also made sure that I was updated in all my health needs, ensuring his approach of preventative care. Knowledgeable doctor, friendly staff, convenient location, fast in getting an appointment. In an age where it can take months to see your doctor or to be seen by a specialist. One Medical is a refreshing business model. They believe in partnering with patients and same day or next day appointments. And they have an in-house lab for bloodwork, etc. The doctors are caring and friendly. Dani in the lab is efficient and a delight. The front desk staff offers bottles of water and is quick to fix any errors in their system. I’m so glad I found this practice.

I was looking for a low cost clinic and too many reviews listed uncleanliness. When I stumbled across One Medical on google maps, the pictures alone had me confident this was the location I was choosing and was also affordable for out-of-pocket visits. I was seen by Nicolas who did an amazing job with my procedure. I felt confident in what he was explaining he was going to do. He took the time and answered all my questions. Would recommend everyone who is looking for good service to come here.

I’ve been going to One Medical for over a decade. Started going in NYC. First off, all one medical offices are all beautiful and calming. So I was extremely excited when this location opened a few years ago. Every person I’ve interacted with on the Long Beach staff is amazing. From the receptionists out front, to the doctors, to the lab workers. I see Dr Nico Reyes and he’s a great guy that makes me feel at ease no matter what I’m going in for. Very accommodating and very responsive to his messages. And today I had a new phlebotomist, Lisamarie. She is MAGIC. Only once in my life while I was at one medical NYC did I have someone similar. She somehow manages to get the needle in without ANY indication of it. Zero. And even on the take out. I wanted to hug her after lol. Honestly amazing.
