I went to the doctor for a consult about a revision ankle replacement. He was upfront and told me that he does not do the procedure but showed a great deal of interest and compassion. He understood the severity of my pain. He told me that he would do research to find a surgeon specializing in this procedure. I left feeling comfortable and confident that I would hear from him again. I called his office but no return calls. Unfortunately very disappointing.

Dr. Amlsand was able to discern what was wrong with my foot, and to apply a support in no time, covering all possible causes and then explaining what would be needed next. Staff completely professional and very helpful.

I have been to several podiatrists over the last few years and none of them have been able to relieve my pain. In the past I've been told it was just plantar fasciitis and given orthotics and sent on my way. None of the treatment ever resulted in being pain-free. A few weeks ago, I was treated by Dr. Aslmand and I can already tell that I am on the road to recovery. He is so personable and willing to listen to his patients. I am already experiencing relief and his recommendations of shoes and different treatment is helping. If you are experiencing any kind of foot pain, I highly recommend you visit Dr. Aslmand at Advanced Foot & Ankle Center in Long Beach.

I wanted to make an appts using zocdoc. I called the office to verify the appointment time. The receptionist who answered the phone said we don't have appointments and hung up. I was looking at the website and the doctor showed about 4 different appt times. If that is the case they should update zocdoc

Being injured during COVID-19 is not ideal. Dr. Aslmand and staff have been fantastic at keeping their patients safe and getting the job done.

Great surgeon. Had bunion surgery done three months ago and everything went very smoothly. He is very caring and professional. Much easier than I expected.
