A year later and same issues. I went online today 8/27/24 to request my annual physical with my primary care physician. First available appointment? January 2025. So I went back and changed my request to a "new problem" visit, thinking a new health problem would generate options for a more timely appointment. Nope! Still January 2025. So basically, if I'm having a health concern, I can wait 5 months to see my provider, at which point it will have either worsened, killed me, or possibly resolved (which is probably what they're hoping for). The continuity of care we all seek, having a doctor who knows you well and is aware and attentive to changes in your health, will not be found here. Again, our pediatrician and even our vet offer same day in person appointments for new health concerns. Adult care through MemorialCare is pathetic.

This review is specifically for the plebotomists in the lab. PLEASE be more gentle with your technique when drawing blood. I've been getting my blood drawn here for months b/c it's in the OBGYN clinic I go to. My experience has always been unpleasant when getting my blood drawn, but I never complained about it and put up with the pain in return for the convenience that it's right next door. However, today, a simple blood draw blew my vein. The vein has swelled up to a small ping pong ball. There is no reason to rush and be so rough. You can do better to slow down and be more gentle.

Was initially excited when I switched providers from Kaiser to Memorial Care. That hs quickly changed. I haven't been able to get an appointment until at least 4 MONTHS out for anything. (Women wellness or General Practitioner). Unless you r in need of a specialist, that's the only reason I can think of to switch. Oh wait, that was UCLA. Forget it. The wait times here is dreadful for average service.

They cared more about my baby and not me. With the exception of one or two doctors at this practice, this office works like a fast food restaurant. I wait 20 minutes in the waiting room, then 20 minutes in the patient room just the see the nurse and or doctor for about 5 minutes or less. I swear one time I saw my doctor for less than one minute. As a mother-to-be, all of my questions or concerns were waived away as "normal". In the end, I ended up needing to be hospitalized a few times at week 38 for chest pain and then pushed into an early c-section at week 39. While the whole time I was told this was all normal and my baby would be fine. And now I am fighting with them to complete my EDD paperwork for my state Paid Family Leave benefits. They won't fill them out because I'm not a patient anymore. I guess now that I had my baby, they are done with me. It makes me so mad to think our healthcare system is so brutal to mothers.

This is the second time I have had a procedure at the MemorialCare Medical Group and I would highly recommend it. There is plenty of parking, the staff is so welcoming and friendly and the doctors are always top notch. My wife had the same experience here when she had a procedure here a couple of months ago. This location is way better than dealing with a hospital. It you have an outpatient procedure, see if you can go to this facility.

I have come here now three times and each time my experience with them is traumatizing. The front staff do not treat clients with respect. I really wish I could stay with ucla health as I had amazing experiences with them. I typically have to wait over an hour to be seen. I've also had horrible patient navigator system cancel appointments without my consent when I've arrived at the appointment. At another appointment they told me I would have to wait so I arrived exactly 15 minutes past my appointment time since I knew I would have to wait. They then cancelled my appointment and said I couldn't be seen even though they called me and told I would need to wait. Now I've been waiting 30 minutes with zero explanation. The front staff are also terribly trained and seem to never know what's going on and never apologize for their mistakes! My experience with the doctors themselves has been good. I saw Dr. Landry twice and she has a unique combination of being very knowledgeable while also being so kind and approachable. She is also sensitive as well. I def recommend seeing her just wish she wasn't part of memorial care.

Great place to get patch up after an accident. Clean. Quick service. They give you masks if you forget yours. Good seating. Good parking.

I have been trying to get an appointment. I called in September and they told me to call back in October. I called back, they said the doctor I had is no longer working here. That I need to see another Doctor for a previsit or they were going to have nurse help with a schedule. Over a week later still no appointment. She called but I was not available. I called back. Now I am waiting again.

I called today to get an appointment for a well-woman exam.... the first appointment that they could offer me was JUNE 2023. That's just not acceptable for an office with this many OBGYN's. I will have to find another provider.

I am terminally ill so I have no reason to lie. MCMG are the caregivers that I trust. My Rheumatologist (Dr. Noreen Hussaini), my Pulmonologist (Dr. Thomas Jiang) and my Cardiologist (Dr. Winfried Waider) are the best of the best. Their nurses and staff are very attentive, very thorough and very kind. By the way, not that I have to wait long in the office to be called... but... while waiting... I love to see the young expectant mother's come and go from their appointments. Life is so beautiful and precious. When I think of MCMG, I think of life... optimizing and enjoying life.
