I love Placement Helpers , thats why I started working here .I love how caring all the team is .After my Dad passed I wanted to do something meaningful something that I can do and help the elderly community.And i found this job that from part time became full time and I love it .What we do is: we help guide families through the journey of aging by finding care options for themselves or their loved ones, including locating an assisted living or memory care community, a board and care home, or helping to find an in-home caregiver.We assist folks in making informed decisions by giving them choices and relieving them of the stressors of not knowing what to do and where to begin by assessing their needs, desires, budget, preferred location, and recommending a variety of options that best suit their personal situations.

It is all about being personal and really caring about people.

I talked with Robert, and he was extremely helpful in helping to figure out the process for finding assisted living facilities. He offered a lot of great advice, and was very thorough in answering all my questions. Thank you!

I am grateful to Valerie Amador with Placement Helpers who helped me find a place for my husband. Valerie drove my daughter and me to many places and was very patient with us. She always provided more options whenever we needed. She was knowledgeable of all the places she took us, spent a lot of time with us and helped us as much as she could. Amazing service! Valerie came to the rescue when I needed to find a place for my mom. She took the time to meet with us personally, and explain everything (we wouldn't have known where to start). Christina Montes at placement helpers out of Pasadena did a great job navigating us all the thru the process of finding my aunt (dementia) a wonderful board and care . My aunt was being discharged from the hospital and literally the next day we visited a few places and placed her in it that night. Wow. We were amazed. She kept in constant communication and made a stressful situation very smooth for the family.
