First off, I've worked in healthcare/insurance over 15 years, I know how things are supposed to work, and this is NOT it.Took my son to get an eye exam here. They charged a copay for the exam, which we paid but then they claimed there was another co-payment due for the same exam, and that we couldn't have the eyeglass prescription paperwork without paying. They're violating the FTC glasses rules here and double billing to create a legal loophole to do so, skip it and go elsewhere. I can't imagine these bad business practices are indicative of good care. Also we got a second opinion from a more reputable doctor, and sure enough they were WAY off with the prescription they assigned. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

I ordered my glasses here. NEVER AGAIN! The bifocal line was in the wrong place, they never fit correctly even after several tries. I had pair made at another place, had to pay cash, but I can see again.

Very, very pleased with the professionalism, the service and courteousness. If I had known about this facility before going elsewhere, I would not have wasted my time! It is what you expect from an Opthalmologist's facility.

The staff at this Long Beach facility are great and Dr. Knight is specially awesome taking thorough analysis and presenting recommendations.

The care is excellent, but it took 4 attempts over 3 months to get a hold of someone to get an appointment!

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Doctors are a little overbooked and I saw mine about a half hour after my appointment time. But he is worth the wait.
