Easy location to get care in Long Beach. I was here to do a drug test for a new job. The staff was proficient and kind. The front office efficient and professional. Back office thorough and thoughtful. Plenty of comfortable socially distanced seating in the waiting room!

The nurse that helped me was nice and very informative. The wait to see the doctor was over 2 hours and I had an appointment. If you can avoid coming here I would. No matter how early you get here there’s always such a long wait.

If you come here for a work related injury like me you’re in good hands. The physical therapists are great. Some of the doctors are not great which is why I only see Ruben when I come here. He’s helpful, kind and slows down to explain what he’s doing when the other doctors here did the opposite and actually almost reinjured my hand when moving it around. Ruben is the best. Went in for an injury treatment and it was a really good experience, had physical therapy as well, super friendly staff there too. Place isn’t hidden like people say, just need to walk down the stairs and it’s literally next to crunch fitness

Concentra Urgent Care of Long Beach has restored my faith in healthcare. Everyone there genuinely cared about my well-being. I needed much more than a few minutes and they made sure I got all that I needed and more. They went above and beyond and I am grateful.

The staff was so very pleasant, attentive, patient and made my process very easy. For the first time this was easiest I've ever checked in and was seen. So my questions and concerns were answered. I'm happily content with the service.

It took 4.5 hours for a 5 minute pre-employment physical. On the upside I was able to take a 2 hr nap in the patient room, but the crinkle of the protective paper kept waking me up and the pillow should have been more comfortable. I would suggest investing in quieter protective paper and possibly a My Pillow to make the wait more comfortable for patients. Very clean, staff was very, very well organized, staff also was very friendly and efficient.
