Excellent customer service, compassionate and responsive staff. I would recommend getting services here whether it be for psych medication or therapy session.
Terrible mental health facility, went in for an evaluation ended up getting interrogated. Person was rude , agitated for no reason. Felt like I was in jail and guilty until proven innocent. Never once considered my condition and had set in her mind what was wrong me b4 I even said word. Avoid these frauds
Don’t bother. Went here and it ruined my life. It’s Medicaid factory. Homeless and everyone other shows up here. The receptionist is rude and put you on hold for 10 plus minutes. You get maybe 3-5 mins with the dr who then puts you on heavy mood altering meds with no explanation. Just give up
Terminated me as a patient because I complained about the fact that 1. I was accused of having an "issue" with an anxiety medication 2. I needed support for postpartum mental health and was told I had to start over with a new psychiatrist who not only mansplained but also made this accusation and showed no empathy for the distress I expressed I was going through! Will be filing an official complaint. Also in the termination letter I was blatantly lied to that my anxiety medication I'm needing was called in--it definitely was not-- I checked. I don't appreciate that this establishment attempted to place blame on me--the patient!--for their inadequacies and unprofessionalism!! Avoid avoid avoid.
Excellent care from whole team. Been with them for six years- would pay cash if needed.
All I can say they met my needs. It was so difficult to find a mental health group with a psychiatrist for medication. & a therapist all under the same roof. Office staff courteous & bilingual. Thank you Dr Jenkins for your excellent services. 👍
I've been going to Dr Jenkins for 8 months now and have been enjoying him a lot (he's the 3rd doctor I've tried after my previous retired). With mental health and medication, it's hard to find a doctor you can talk to without feeling judged. I never feel judgment during our sessions. Dr Jenkins has his own kind of vibe, but I think that's also what makes him easy to talk to 😅. The office staff is also nice and warm. They were really helpful when my usual pharmacy was out of my prescription. Overall I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking mental help support!
How in the hell do they have two stars? Somebody lying in here! The very worst care facility of any type, much less mental health. No answer on phone, treat me like crap when I do get someone to call me back. So very unprofessional!!
HEY,HOW ARE YOU? I NEED TO BE AN APPOITMENT ..ASAP. IF CAN EMAIL ME A TIME ANY TIME OR DAY IS FINE LONG BEACH CA...IM GETTING PARNOID MAYBE BELIEVE I NEED A TOXICOLOGIST BLOOD TEST MAYBE SYDDEN.. DO TO THIS GAS HAPPENED BEFORE..THANKS .ASAP PAMELA D.Triplette...
The doctor is so dissolute that you cannot even get your prescription changed. The drug is unavailable and on back order. He doesn't do in-person visits, and leaves the prescribing to newly hired assistants. He appears to have a drug problem, or at least some serious issue that is personal Maybe the state medical board should be informed about the facility Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your mental health needs. They will only get worse with the frustration this place provides.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
