Terminated me as a patient because I complained about the fact that 1. I was accused of having an "issue" with an anxiety medication 2. I needed support for postpartum mental health and was told I had to start over with a new psychiatrist who not only mansplained but also made this accusation and showed no empathy for the distress I expressed I was going through! Will be filing an official complaint. Also in the termination letter I was blatantly lied to that my anxiety medication I'm needing was called in--it definitely was not-- I checked. I don't appreciate that this establishment attempted to place blame on me--the patient!--for their inadequacies and unprofessionalism!! Avoid avoid avoid.

How in the hell do they have two stars? Somebody lying in here! The very worst care facility of any type, much less mental health. No answer on phone, treat me like crap when I do get someone to call me back. So very unprofessional!!

The doctor is so dissolute that you cannot even get your prescription changed. The drug is unavailable and on back order. He doesn't do in-person visits, and leaves the prescribing to newly hired assistants. He appears to have a drug problem, or at least some serious issue that is personal Maybe the state medical board should be informed about the facility Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your mental health needs. They will only get worse with the frustration this place provides.

Horrendous I don’t know what has happened but they’ve really gone down hill. Makes an appointment only to reschedule the day before because of an emergency. Fine. They get ahold of me just fine to take my payment but when it comes to actually going through with the call? Oh boy. So they called exactly when I was going to the bathroom. No problem right? WRONG. you literally can’t call directly back to them. It goes to an office somewhere else. Those people can’t just transfer you or give you any information(you know, like if he’s still in his office), they can only forward a message. So I wait all day and nothing. They call back the next day to reschedule 5 days later. They call to tell me he’ll call between 2-5pm. Mind you my calls have only ever been 5-10 minutes long. He called at 5:51pm. He hangs up 30 seconds into the call. No call back. Still waiting. I’m over this place.

Been going to Dr. Jenkins for a bit with my wife. Honestly a straight forward and easy to work with doctor. I have benefitted a lot from my time with Dr. Jenkins. Have been having a hard to time contacting his office lately. If anyone has any information. Regardless really appreciate the services.

Non responsive Terrible provider. Does not return calls.

Extremely unprofessional staff and “doctor”. Pushed appointment back over an hour. Find a professional health care provider don’t make this mistake. Hires trashy rude receptionists

Dr. Rick Jenkins is caring and intelligent. Don't expect him to do too much chatting. He does ask the questions needed to determine a good medication plan. He plays loud music in his lobby to insure privacy of patients. The classic rock is especially fun. If you can't come in, you may be able to get a virtual appointment.

My sister needs her prescription for emergency and this off call staff is very rude and not helpful. They keep stating to take my sister to the emergency room and a person suffering from depression will not go anywhere or be forced to go anywhere. all I needed was a refill for her medication and They were not helpful at all
