My Alzheimer's afflicted wife is challenging for medical people and I appreciated Dr. Hanser's style working with her and keeping me aware of what was happening as well as reviewing the results. Glad that he was on duty when I needed care for my wife.

First time seeing this provider while in urgent care. He made quick work of a potentially serious situation, started treatment and sent me off to the ER to handle the larger portion. Amazing bedside manner and very friendly.

Dr. Hanser removed my stitches from a cut on my forehead. He was very gentle and even looked for better scissors twice so it would be more comfortable and quicker to remove the stitches. He even placed a cover over my eye to make sure the thread that was cut off could not fall in my eye and scratch my eye
