Doctor Swords was very knowledgeable, encouraging and very thorough for a new patient like me!

Dr. Swords is an outstanding doctor. I’ve known her for many years. She delivered both of my children, who are 12 and 11 years of age now. I’d recommend any patient to be under her care. She is professional, caring and I look forward to seeing her on my visits. Thank you Dr. Swords!

Dr Rose Swords is a great doctor. She takes the time to listen to what you have to say. She really cares about her patients. You can tell by how well she tunes into you. I feel very comfortable and feel like I could tell her anything.

Still unsure of how these people got 5 stars reviews. Is crazy. Also Im part of their group and I never ever met Dr Rose Swords. Just students My PCP, Dr to be Kenneth Job is great but he is getting blamed for everything that goes wrong. I've talked to their manager several times and was completely useless, takes months to get them to send the right authorization, they referred me to doctors who can't help my current condition, over and over.. Every referral takes a hustle, and the referral department for the most part does not even check if the doctors they referred me to take my insurance; so what is their job?I finally got the DMHC involved last June, and I got an authorization to see an "out of network specialist" at UCI. I was pre-screened by a UCI Dr. Asistant in July, who recommended this particular Dr. at UCI. and so I made an appointment. A month later, a day before the appointment, Friday July 30th, I get a vm from UCI , stating that they don't take my insurance and my appointment is cancelled, after I waited for over a month!!How wasn't this verified by the referral department??? WHO IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB, CONSISTENTLY?Is been 5 years with a condition that is detrimental to basic human health, so demoralizing and ridiculously wrong.Whoever booked the appointment for me a month ago, failed to do their job and they realized one day before my appointment. This is genuinely Mikey Mouse kinda stuff. I feel bad for the doctors that are doing their residency here. I was recomended here by a case manager, after I had gone through hell trying to get help from other PCP's with the same health issue, and is very sad and disappointing that this place is as bad as all others.My health issues are being neglected and my well-being delayed because of bureaucracy and admins not doing their freaking job. Shame .

DR. ROSE SWORDS IS THE MOST CARING AND ATTENTIVE DOCTOR THAT I’VE EVER MET. SHE TRULY IS THE BEST. I AM TRULY THANKFUL TO HAVE HER AS MY PRIMARY DOCTOR.

Doctor Swords really got that I am the expert of me, and that I want to be actively involved in every aspect of my health care. I felt like she respected that. I like the way young female doctors aren't threatened by an intelligent, knowledgeable woman who will do research to acquire a basic understanding of things that I am not an expert of. others will work against you instead of with you. Rose Swords works with you and she's on your team. I did a ton of research trying to find a new doctor because I had some bad experiences with doctors who were inflexible and needed to be all-knowing and correct about everything. Big egos. I am not interested in that. I'm interested in somweo9ne who keeps up with the latest and the greatest and is always trying to improve. Not someone who thinks they've arrived and don't need to learn anything new, and heaven forbid a patient knows about something they don't. Doctor Swords is very up-to-date and knowledgeable, yet open to learning and taking everyone's care on a case-by-case basis, realizing that every individual is unique. She takes the time to hear and listen so that she is actually informed and understands what she is dealing with. She is very kind and understands humor. It was a good first visit, and I look forward to the next. I would say that I did a good job finding the right doctor for me.

Dr. Swords has been my doctor for 6+ years. She is a great listener and addresses all of my concerns. She takes her time to explain and answer my questions during my appointments which is not always the case with other physicians. I am grateful to have an empathetic doctor who is reliable and trustworthy.

Dr. Swords is wonderful doctor! She takes a lot of time with me and treats me as if I were her own family. I love this doctor. She was also my late husbands doctor who committed suicide ten years ago and to this day she remembers the date it happened and his birthday.

The kindness and genuine care that Dr. Swords gives her patients are rare and beautiful qualities. She is extremely knowledgeable and always professional. Dr. Swords has taken care of me for many years. Her quality of care makes it possible for me to live a better life.
