Unless to have no else planned for the day do not visit Dr. Ghafouri. Consistently overbooked and long wait times. Front desk staff was very pleasant but several of waited an hour past our scheduled appointment time today to finally be seen.

Horrid Dr. Very uneducated.

So meticulous and gentle. A perfectionist.

Dr. Ghafouri seemed nice and sweet, however she was not able to help me. She treated my eye condition twice, known as an entropion (inverted lower eye lid) with botox, that only superficially masked the problem and made it more frustrating. My initial consultation with her, she indicated that she did not do surgery for these eye conditions, because she believed the results would not last. Luckily, when I went for my yearly eye exam elsewhere, my optometrist referred me to Dr. Joseph Lin, who is a phenomenal oculoplastic (eye lid) surgeon, he operated almost 1 year ago and the results are excellent. I am no longer suffering from dry eye and painful eye irritation when I sleep. My surgery deductible ended up being less, compared to the 4-5 visits, I made to see Dr. Ghafouri, as I even paid for consultation visits. It seems that some doctor's put profit over patient well being, and that only hurts them in the end. The lesson learned is to always get a second opinion, because there are doctor's who are true specialists in their field, and care to have long-term solutions.

I highly do not recommend this dr. from Iran. I was diagnosed with ptosis and droopy eyelids. My Texas health insurance authorized the blepharoplasty and ptosis. Dr. Ghafouri is who I’ve seen in California she disagreed my droopy eyelids is affecting my vision only by the ptosis. She was rude to me stating she wasn’t going to discuss this because she had other patients and the blepharoplasty was cosmetic. She stated only she will do the surgery for the ptosis muscle repair BUT THAT the droopy eyelids is still going to hang over my upper eyelids. Btw; as I was waiting in the room, I overheard a patient complaining being in so much pain and seeing double vision. This is scary I am going to Texas to proceed my surgery.

She is a very professional, knowledgeable physician. The office staff were very friendly. The waiting time was very reasonable.

Dr. Ghafouri is amazing. She has very gentle hand and will give you her honest opinion when it comes to what is best for you. Giving you the most natural looking results. Im in love with my Botox results.

Dr.Ghafouri is one of the best!!! She has been doing my Botox and lips for several years now and she injects my mother as well....we both are always so thrilled with our results- they are natural and look great....I have baseline lip and eyebrow asymmetry and Dr.Ghafouri always is able to do her magic and bring everything into symmetry for me. She has a wonderful and fun personality and great bedside manner. She's definitely the best in her field!!
