I just switched to this Dr and I keep calling. It just says the VM is not set up. It's been days and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. I have never experienced this before. Can you set up your VM so someone can call back?
Wife died for lack of urgency! Tried for two months to get the “doctor” to refer my wife to a specialist for tests per the emergency room recommendations. Never once did the “doctor” respond to my calls or texts. And, over those two months not once did she see my wife who was in and out of the hospital. Only when I pounded on her locked office door and threaten to turn her in to the licensing board did she call us. By then my wife’s cancer had metastasized and she passed away about 7 days later!!! If you care about your health or that of your loved ones I would recommend you steer as far away from Ms. Jackson as possible!
This location is closed. Her patients have been transferred to Dr. Archna Chaudary as of 6/30/2022
As a new patient and someone who is new to CA, I welcomed the opportunity to look through available providers in my network and pick one that I felt I would be comfortable with. I can't speak on Dr. Jackson as a person or as a physician because I have yet to be seen by her. I do hope that my reasoning for choosing her isn't in vain. However, her practice is unfortunately incredibly disorganized and I believe that may be what's leading to other less than favorable reviews. I called in the first week of November 2021 to schedule a visit as a new patient and was told that she's only doing tele-visits and that in-take forms would be sent to me. Once December came and I never received those forms, I called back and spoke with a practice manager who said there was no record of anyone ever speaking with me before or sending the in-take forms. She assured me that all would be taken care, that she has now mailed me the forms, and she went ahead and scheduled me for a tele-visit on 1/13/22. As I'm writing this, I still haven't received the forms.. I just spoke with another representative who said the forms were never sent to me, that she will have to send them to me, and now my appointment for tomorrow is cancelled. Once again, I cannot comment on Dr. Jackson has a person or as a physician. But considering the comments here, as difficult as it may be, she may want to consider restructuring her practice asap. And yes I mean doing some firing and better hiring. As someone who has also earned an M.D. as well as an M.B.A. in Healthcare management, and 6 years of leadership experience with my current company, I'm not shooting off the hip here so to speak. I'm speaking what I know.
DO NOT MAKE THIS DR YOUR PRIMARY. YOU'LL REGRET IT!!! Id give ZERO STARS if I could. Worst Dr and business I've ever encountered in my 53 years. I've been with her for 2 years and it's been bad to horrific at every turn. Latest example: I called to make an appointment for excruciating pain in my shoulder on Sept 16, 2021. The next available appointment was 8 WEEKS away. Had my telecall with her on Nov 11, 2021 and she said she would put in the referral asap and to call if I didn't have it in a week. So I didn't get anything in the mail so I started calling 1-2 times a week, only ever getting the answering service. I left several messages, the last one on Dec 13th, 2021 had a lot of yelling and F words in it. I called again today and actually got a live person. She looked up my file and said that a referral had been sent to my insurance on Dec 14th, 2021, the day after my nasty message and 5 weeks after my appointment. Today is THIRTEEN WEEKS and I still don't have my referral yet‼‼‼ Yes, I'll be switching doctors!!
STAY AWAY! These people do not know how to operate an office. To get any communication you have to go to the office. Good luck anyone being there.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. The receptionist is incompetent. I asked to have my new patient paperwork mailed to me 5 different times before it finally came (4 months after first requesting it). Then I tried to make an appointment to get blood work done and they didn’t send the orders to the lab so I fasted for 24 hours for nothing. I printed them myself and went back. It took me a month to get my results back. They never called me to let me know they were done. Dr. Jackson seems nice from the one virtual appointment that I had with her, but her office is run horribly. I had to get some more blood work done where the results were very time sensitive. I called every single day for two weeks and no one answered with no option to leave a voicemail. I emailed her through the portal and she never responded. Finally I got someone to answer the phone and decided after getting my results that I would never come back. DO NOT GO HERE. She should not be accepting new patients. PERIOD.
Very difficult to get anything done. Front office is unprofessional and unreliable. I have only spoken to Dr. Jackson once, but had over a dozen calls to get lab work, referrals, and requested orders for imaging. Once I get through this I'm switching Primary Dr.'S and her office can send the information to new office, that can complete tasks without me facilitating each and every step. This is rediculious!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
