After having total reverse arthroplasty and a subsequent revision (removal due to infection 22 months later) I found Dr. Ahmadi who knew what was needed and did it (a 2nd new shoulder). Not only that, he made sure the infection was totally gone and put me on antibiotics and advised that if I had any kind of open wound to see him. But there is much more. The day after the surgery Dr. Ahmadi had me move my shoulder and not just a little! He told me how to do safe movements to shorten the physical therapy time needed. When I was finally out of the sling 6 weeks later I hardly needed therapy. I think I went 6 times and while at a post op check up with Dr. Ahmadi he told me I was strong enough to stop. That sure wasn't the way it went the first time at another hospital and another doctor! Not to mention how kind the man is. As the title says, "There is no better."

From start to finish, I found Dr. Ahmadi engaged, intelligent, and curious about his patients and their outcomes. He diagnosed my shoulder trouble in under a minute after two other doctors had sent me away with cremes and pain relievers. When the condition did not resolve with steroid shots, he was straightforward about procedures and their outcomes. I'm optimistic about recovery and several staff have whispered to me that he comes to LBO with a stellar background. I highly recommend him to anyone with intractable Ortho issues.

Had shoulder replacement. Dr Ahmadi did a great job! My shoulder is completely healed and physical therapy went even better than my other replacement went . Very happy with Dr Ahmadi and would recommend him to those who need any shoulder surgery. His staff from start to finish were quite professional and organized, can’t say enough about how well they treated me.
