BH intern Analizeth has been a phenomenal addition to my mental health! Analizeth, from my experience, is always patient, always punctual, and has taught me COPING TOOLS, new coping skills to me, that i ACTUALLY have incorporated that help during troublesome times, whereas, some of the 'traditional' coping skills were not practical nor effective in my personal case. We have created a crisis prevention plan, discuss the triangle of emotions, actions, and behaviors, implemented an activity monitoring worksheet, implemented color therapy and several other techniques. With BH intern Analizeth, I feel sincerity, i feel an energy and desire to help me. I feel like i matter. At no time did i feel dismissed like i have from the Dr in Arcadia. If you are looking for a therapist, i would highly suggest Analizeth. If you are SCMC Administration i kindly recommend retaining Analizeth. I have had BH for years and she would make a great fit to the SCMC team. Intern Analizeth, i humbly thank you for your educated skillset shared with me in therapy. Truly invaluable!! We have been going here for the last few years and we love them. Special shout out to Krystal, my partner called in cuz he was sick and there was a little hiccup with the insurance info and Krystal took care of everything and got him in immediately. Great front desk that was very professional and helpful, communication was very thorough! Dr. Garcia was great and I felt like my visit was very cooperative in regards to my care, which makes me feel confident and assured for any follow-up appointments.

Waste of my time didn’t even get an appointment or my paperwork filled out because who ever answered the phone had no clue what she was talking about

I visited this clinic recently to find more affordable care, and I was blown away by Crystal, the receptionist at the front desk. Crystal was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to walk us through all our options, making sure we understood how to get the best care for our budget. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely patient-focused. She made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you!

I saw these reviews and was thrilled to have found what I assumed would be a decent doctor after leaving Kaiser. Boy, was I wrong. My first appointment was at 3:20 pm, I was not taken in until 4 pm and was not seen by Dr. Garcia until 4:40 pm. My second appointment was at 11 am. Upon checking in for my appointment at 10:50 am, around 11:05 I saw a medical salesperson come in and clearly do a demo for whatever medication she was selling inside the office. Once she left, I was finally called in at 11:30 am and finally seen by the Dr. Garcia at 11:45 am. For my “physical” & lab, there was no physical done. I was just told based off the answers on my forms I was “healthy” and was quickly sent off to the lab. I hurt my arm months ago and needed a physical as I still have limited mobility but I was too fed up at this point that I didn’t bother to tell the doctor I DID need a physical done. Although, I shouldn’t even have to ask him to do a REAL physical, he should be doing this automatically. Both times, I wasn’t even offered a simple apology for the ridiculous wait times. I would certainly not come back to this location. I will say, the nurses were extremely kind and empathetic. I received my prescription in a timely matter, thus, the 2 star rating.
