I've been coming to this office for several years. I started off with Dr Kutis and then, when he retired, I switched to Dr. Eng. I totally understand what the other reviewers were saying about the office staff and wait time.Today was my first time back since the pandemic. When I walked into the office I actually thought that I made a mistake with my appointment. There was literally no one in the waiting room. I thought for a second that it was a day that he was at his other office. That wasn't the case. I got in and out. It was a completely different experience from you what I was used to having. I actually like Dr. Eng. I hope my experience today is going to be the new norm.
Dr. Eng's staff are the worst I've ever seen. It's like they don't want Dr. Eng to get new patients. They were extreme rude, obnoxious & aggressive. Both front desk & Office Supervisor !!!! Eng should fire them both. I'll NEVER go to that Office again ... signed: Elderly, disabled & ill ....
After seeing Dr. Eng for the past 8 years, I've been told today I can no longer see him because "I cancelled too many appointments in the past year (2020)."Apparently, Dr. Eng's staff is unware of COVID and why it would be a good idea to postpone non-urgent appointments while the epidemic is raging.Great customer service, keep up the great work!
This is a VERY different review from what I would have given in early 2020 when I could not even get an appointment through the office. I have met with the doctor twice since November and found the front office responsive to what needs to be done. When some prescriptions had to be refined after the first appointment - it was done. A significant improvement.Now to the doctor. I am quite pleased. He listened to me as a person. Understood my goals as a new patient of his and the fact that I was not pleased with previous medical support as a Type 2 diabetic of 10 years. It feels like a collaboration and I am happy with where he is taking my treatment forward.I am hoping for continued success with this office and their ability for 5 Star treatment.
Writing this review because the staff are amazing and love to lie to my obgyn office and myself. I had to get my obgyn’s office to help mediate between me and this Dr.’s office just to get an appointment because every time I followed up they said they didn’t get the paperwork and the last time was nearly two weeks ago when they said they finally have everything but need to confirm my insurance. This part is understandable but what ticks me off is where they have my correct phone number but say it’s not a working number yet everyone else including my OBGYNs office is able to get a hold of me through my phone number provided. They did not call me like they claim and they did not leave voicemails like they told my OBGYNs office. I hate, ABSOLUTELY HATE when Doctor office staff, not necessarily the Dr. themselves, belittle the patient and try to make it seem like the patient is at fault when it is their system that is failing or their staff that may not be trying and say they are . I finally have an appointment, let’s see how it fairs but not impressed with this facility so far.

While waiting, a patient came in very angry about her medications, clearly patient satisfaction is very low, I do not recommend.

Doctor Eng is extremely knowledgeable and took great care of me. Yes the wait in the office can be a little long, but not overly so. The reason for that is because the Dr. takes his time with each and every one of his patients. The nurses and office staff are very nice as well. I have always been treated with respect here and am grateful for excellent patient care.

Don’t come here if your looking for a doctor to do their job. You have to wait 2+ hours to get called into a SCHEDULED appointment, for them to not help you.Tried the other doctor there and he was even worse, DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR MY METER! Didn’t have my labs ready, unorganized, then just let me go, without reviewing anything. the appointment was 5 minutes long.Needless to say, if you care about your health, don’t come here.
Heard that Dr. Eng is a great doctor; however, I would not be able to confirm that because it's been 2 weeks and I was unable to get an appointment. The reception staff is rude over the phone. It's unfortunate that a sick person would have to go through a hassle to see a doctor. I would recommend this place because of their bad customer service.
Office staff is horrible. Dr Eng stated he would have a lab contact me to schedule a biopsy and it has been 2 weeks with no contact. I had to call and demand a review of a previous biopsy.

Doctor Eng is knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately his staff are the complete opposite. They are rude and belittle the patients. I was his patient for nearly 2 years and because of the customer service his staff provide, I have recently made the decision to see another doctor.
