You can't reach anyone here. Horrible structure. Had to change my daughters doctor because they are unreachable. Clinic that I was referred to is actually closed.

En esta clínica todas las q trabajan allí tienen una actitud fea no me gusto dure mucho y nunca me atendieron lo q si vi esque se la pasaron riéndose y al dr nunca lo vi lo curioso es que no había ninguna persona o no vi q entrara o saliera nadie y al final no me atendieron no tienen ética de trabajo ni las trabajadoras ni el doctor no se la recomiendo a nadie está Clinica

I love this Clinic my kids pediatrician Dr. Hsu is GREAT she's always been so good with my son and now my daughter I wouldn't take them to anyone else she listens to all my mommy concerns (you know), and the nurses are great with my kids. Honestly im very happy with them. 4 stars were given because the wait time can be a little annoying at times but the Dr. and staff are awesome. Im a very picky/stern person especially when it comes to my children, that being said I wouldnt write a positive review if I wasn't truly satisfied. Every place has room for improvement but when it comes to taking care of my kids Dr. Hsu does just that. P.s Their parking lot belongs to the elementary school so make sure you get a parking pass.

Been trying to get ahold of them for days. The phone just beeps and then hangs up. Doesn't even ring. The doctor is good, but the experience getting to him (waiting room, appointments... medi-cal...) is terrible.

I have come 3 times now, the staff has always been nice but they do take a while to attend patients, limited doctors. I do feel they take a while because the doctors [mine at least] take the time to go into detail for everything. [Medicine, treatment, health issues, etc]. Careful with reviews, if you see one so negative or positive like the one above mine check out the other post they have made for other locations. Sometimes you will see all they do is complain about anything/everyone or they think everything is great. Take those reviews with a grain of salt.
