Put 4 stars cause i have only been the one time! Or id rate much higher than 5 Had pre opps today at tcc ,dr Huckelby is very smart and professional, office was clean, staff were pleasent at front desk, and only 2 waiting inside, nurse rosario made the blood draw virtually painless! I hate needels, and she laughed at all my jokes, lol, enjoyed the way doc addressed all my concerns not just preops, shes very bright! Enjoyed the screening girl too out front but did not get her name( long twirls on her hair). Everyone was helpful and kind, knew thier stuff ,,no nonsense really eased my mind!

I would’ve given it a 5 stars . But the number to contact to make an appointment is super long of a wait most of the time . . I tried booking an appointment over the phone for my sons who got transferred to their clinic and the lady on the phone wasn’t helpful . I didn’t have the member id on me and she stated she couldn’t even try to look for his info without it ; I don’t see the issue when I been going to this clinic and I have never had an issue . If makin an appointment or needing info just go to the clinic it’s self as it’s the only way to actually get assistance . The personal at the clinic here in 70th are really great

The receptionist was rude disrespectful unprofessional made miss my appointment so I had to reschedule my appointment and now they want too say .. Were sorry miss for the inconvenience. The security needs to be more on point doing his job and just sitting around on his playing angry birds on his phone. How professional is that to have a man not on his post at work .. As far as the service from the doctor Stupendous amazing wonderful good hearted people but the nursing staff and receptionist are not people friendly.

I love going to TCC. Here on 70th Street. The girls at the Desk are friendly, helpful & their work is prompt & in a professional manner. It's never crowded, it's clean & quiet. The Doctors are excellent. I love my Doctor Huckabee. And the Doctors remember who you are every time you go. And so do the girls. There has been no better place for me to be cared for then here. And I'm going to be 60. So you know I've been to many others. Please let these people that work there know that I said they are excellent. Anyone who is thinking of becoming a client/patient at this clinic, do not think twice. Make your appointment today. Tell then Janette sent ya.

what can i say but "they take forever!" The only thing I like about this place is that it's clean. But is there just one doctor working here? Sheesh
