I love my Doctor Yeh who does run late but it's only because he really is very thorough and caring for every visit... He saved me from going on a flight that would have most likely resulted in death from blood clots so I do owe him my life! The staff is also great 88% of the time lol. The 12% is the phone system!
If i can choose 5 negative stars i most certainly would To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a deeply troubling and unacceptable patient experience I recently had at your Atlantic and 19th Street location. The level of unprofessionalism, disregard for patient wellbeing, and discriminatory behavior I encountered left me feeling discriminated against, profiled, degraded, and completely belittled as I walked out of your doors. I had a scheduled follow-up appointment with Dr. Vogt. Upon arrival, I began experiencing chest pain. After informing the front desk, I waited approximately ten minutes before a staff member named Glenda, whom I believe to be the triage nurse, came to get me. Before she approached me, I watched her from the lobby as she finished eating a bag of chips and engaged in a loud, casual conversation with other nurses about their weekend plans. Their conversation was so loud that I could hear every detail from the lobby. When Glenda finally called me back, the first thing she asked was how long I had been waiting—showing zero urgency or concern for the chest pain I had already reported. She then instructed me to return to the lobby and continue waiting. Her dismissive attitude made me feel as if my health concerns were insignificant and unworthy of attention. I waited an additional 40 minutes, still experiencing pain and increasing anxiety, before I was finally called in to see the physician. As I approached the exam room, I overheard Dr. Vogt say to her nurse, “Oh my God, not this Black lady again. It never ends.” When she entered the exam room, she refused to make eye contact with me—likely because she realized I had heard the comment. I immediately felt unwelcome, judged, and devalued. The nurse assisting her—whose name I believe is Tina or Tanya—was also rude and dismissive, further adding to the hostile environment. Hearing those discriminatory words confirmed everything I had already been feeling: that I was being viewed as a burden rather than a patient deserving care. The comment was racist, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. It made it clear that this location is not a safe or respectful environment for patients of color. I chose this clinic because it is close to my home, and I believed I would receive quality care. Instead, I left feeling ashamed, humiliated, and disrespected. While long wait times have always been an issue, previous management at least demonstrated courtesy, communication, and acknowledgment. The former manager routinely thanked patients for their patience and apologized for delays. Unfortunately, that standard is no longer present. There is now a noticeable lack of structure, compassion, and professionalism. At the end of my visit, I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, and I was told none were available. No patient should ever overhear discriminatory comments from their physician. No patient should have their chest pain ignored or dismissed. No patient should walk away feeling racially profiled, devalued, or unsafe. I am requesting that this complaint be taken seriously and addressed promptly. The staff at this location is in urgent need of retraining on ethics, professionalism, cultural competency, and patient care standards. Individuals in positions of trust must be held accountable for how they treat those seeking care. I appreciate your attention to this matter and expect appropriate follow-up regarding the steps your organization will take to ensure no other patient experiences what I did. Sincerely, Shay
Terrible doctor office. Rude nurses and doctors and doesn’t help you at all. Maria T., Glenda L., Rosette Mancini, and Imelda Mezza. Changed my daughter doctor twice without notice. Changed her appointment a day before and wanted her to either go to another clinic or wait another month for her 2 year check up. They don’t care about your child well being and when I called for the number for the complaint line they lied and they said they were going to reach out to me and still hasn’t.
ONG algo tienen que caer con esta clínica es la primera ves pero no regresaré aquí la verdad tenía mi sita alas 9:45 y es la 1 de la tarde y a un estoy esperando en el cuarto es una burla para los pacientes que pésimo servicio la verdad
Poor and Rude phone call appointment
Can someone answer the fucking phone. Why do I have to call morning and still no one answer or I leave a call back number to have someone call me back. Seriously man. Everyone I go in there yall are talking up a fucking storm answer the calls.
Review is for the doctor. The office has a lot of problems and if you want an in person appointment, plan to be there for hours. You can't reach the staff on the phone most of the time because they don't want to answer the phones. The person who handles the authorizations lacks a lot of training and should probably choose another profession. He makes a lot of mistakes and he doesn't know how to do his job. It's one of the worst medical offices there is. Two stars to the office. The one thing that makes all of this worth it is Dr. Yeh. He is one of the best primary care doctors I have ever had. He is proactive and incredibly knowledgeable. I have a complex medical history and if it wasn't for Dr. Yeh, I would not be ok. Dr. Yeh never rushes you, he's empathetic, and he really tries hard to make your life better. I just can't say enough good things about him. Five stars to Dr. Yeh. Thank you, Dr. Yeh for everything you have done for me and for taking such excellent care of me.
Poor scheduling management. Poor front desk assistant. What's the point of having an appointment if they keep booking a lot of people at the same time. This location sucks, but if you don't mind waiting over 6 hours then this is your place. 😡
JEARELLY PINEDO is a disgraceful NP wanna be doctor that clearly lairs to patience and then lies to them and does not give them medication that she said she would several times it took a two weeks of calling her without getting a call back even the people in the office were saying we're letting her supervisor know she thinks people have all the time in the world to do what she wants them to do. Take pictures and send them to her or reschedule for her to re-look at something that she already looked at. She's disgusting and gross. in sending those kind of pictures are pornographic that is disgusting.something is wrong deeply with her mind she she's to not work with people, especially in the medical field. Now I have to get antibiotics that are fish antibiotics. If anything happens to me. I'm going to sue her. If I end up in the hospital, I'm going to sue her. This is all her fault and I have to resort to what I have to resort to she leaves me no other choice and now I won't be seeing the doctor there either because if this is the kind of person he recommends, I don't want to see him anymore either
Had a 1:30 appointment, all papers were filled out, seen the doctor at exactly 4:30 pm. The last time 10:30 am they cancelled it, they said we were notified by phone but I didn't get any information from them. The front desk managed all these in a bad way. One day, patient will suffer right there in-front of them and they all be burned in court. Just a matter of time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
