I was in the clinic today for my toddler's physical and shots and I was extremly dissapointed☹ about how the nurse administered the shots to my baby, she was terrible very slow and on the last shot it seem like she purposely hurt her as my baby screamed like if she was hurting her soul😰...no no no and the worst part was.... that her supposed supervisor was there and when I said I needed to complain about what just happened she tried to discourage me from complaining... 😔 I really wished I could speack to a real supervisor from this place as I need some answers!!

Let's start by saying I would give them less than one star if I could.I've been taking the kids here since they were toddlers and they started great. While the waits were long, I could get an appointment and the doctors were friendly.Years later-What happened?No one answer the phone. Really! They just do not answer. Leave a message? You might get a call back (in two weeks or MORE!)After you get an appointment and get there, be prepared to wait. Wait. Wait. Sometimes over an hour to get in then maybe another 30 minutes until the doctor shows up to see you for a short time.Here's a story - we had two back-to-back appointment (15 minutes apart), we arrived "late," which was the time of the second appointment. After waiting about an hour to get inside and see the doctor, "SHE REFUSED TO SEE ONE OF OUR CHILDREN BECAUSE WE WERE "LATE."Yes, both kids were there, Yes we WERE late, BUT we already waited an hour and WE WERE LATE?Only one child was given the exam (both were in the exam room).Oh, and did I mention that previously, the doctor was so dismissive of our attempts to have our child seen by a specialist? It took 3-4 tries and insisting we needed this. Over one year later we finally saw the specialist and yes, we were right, our child needed the specialist.The last episode of refusing to see one of our kids was it. We're done. No more TCC. If they truly cared about kids, their care would be much better.

I have been calling the number to book appointments for several days now. No body ever picks up and the line disconnects after 10 min. This happens every single time I need to take my children in for something. I dread even dealing with any medical issues because of the non existent service. This time, I need to book an appointment for my son's immunizations for school. There is no online booking system for appointments. Can someone please let me know how we can book an appointment or should we just go away and die?

I wish I could give this review a ZERO. Worst staff I've dealt with in healthcare. COLD and non empathetic at all to the frustrations of patients who can not be seen in months! I actually got a call that THEY were canceling an appointment I had to wait 2 months to even get and then the only thing they offered was another 2 months away until an opening ... when I voiced my concern the only thing they said was "nothing we can do, change your insurance if it's that serious" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It's sad to think this is a healthcare office. I don't care how overbooked or busy you are, these are human beings being seen and to think any member of their staff would be this disrespectful and mean is just disheartening and rude. Shame on this office and shame on the front office staff.

This place made me feel freakin sad. It was dirty, my visit was rushed, my health concerns were quickly written off by the doctor without investigation or testing. It was a total waste of time and i will never, ever come back.

Tristemente desde que llegas a registrarte te reciben mal. Es una actitud en ventanilla 1 de dar tristesa muy sin ganas te reciben. El dia de hoy tenia mi cita 10:30 y son 12 😒

Horrible every time I come here there isn't any rooms available or the doctor's take forever to come in the room. I have been sitting in the back for an hr and no one came to the room. If you guys gonna have people waiting this long have more doctors available and more rooms. Can y’all please get more phones or something why is it so hard to get through and another why do you guys call last minute for a appointment reminder the day of the appointment. PLEASE DO BETTER, if I can give this clinic zero starts I would because it’s horrible here.
