Ofcourse zero stars its the worst office ever front staff are always giving me an attitude and end up ignoring my voice mails and forget about the my chart emails if they do call or email back 2 weeks later only to say call us at 4pm to see if we have any available appointments like seriously!, They over book patients you can have an appointment only to be seen 3 hours later and only for 10 mins. Because the doctor is always in a rush and can't even understand her so called spanish I literally still have to translate to my mom, currently trying to change doctors I would of been changed but with the current insurance it gets even more complicated.

I can't even get through on the phone to make an appointment. The recording just keeps going in & out of the girl talking about Covid.. I've been on the phone for 7 minutes & she's still going in & out talking about COVID. Fix the phone line!

The Vasek Polak Children's Clinic serves those who don't have the best insurance, if you are currently uninsured they offer a sliding scale based on your income. I'm thankful they exist. It's true, I waited a little longer when I visited; but the care I received was always friendly, professional, and top-notch. Additionally, Dr Gina Vescovo's love and dedication to her patients, her science, and her community shines through in every interaction. She spent more time with me during any one appointment than any other provider I've ever had. One time, I missed my phone appointment and she called back the next day - on her own time - to insure I was seen. Her attention to detail and her follow-up is second to none. I've been going to the Children's Clinic since I lost my job a few years ago and went on MediCal. I just switched insurance and have come to find out I need to switch my primary care provider as well, and I'm actually really sad about it. I really don't want to switch. Please let this serve as a token of my gratitude for they're excellent care during a difficult time in my life.

One of the worst Doctors office, unorganized, attitude, rude and to get someone to get an appointment is an issue itself! You can be on hold for several hours just for someone to answer be rude and hanged up on. Office doesn’t close until 5 pm and I’ve been on hold going on two hours. Please if your reading this find another clinic! Okay he last time I will ever take my kids here.

Need to share a comment on Vasek Polak Children's Clinic on 1057 Pine Ave in Long Beach, CA. Sadly, their main concern is not the child or children. They seem to be more concerned with pleasing the parents instead of making observations and suggestions on how to help a child. As a result, they probably pass by the child that really needs them to step in for her/his welfare. As a medical facility, they should be advising parents and help them to learn healthy ways to raise their children by having literature, discussions for the children's wellness, and giving examples for them. This would make a big difference to nurture children and families. This would help those that need more awareness on how to raise healthy children and help them be physically, mentally, and emotionally well.

Save your time and stress, and change your primary care provider to anyone BUT the TCC clinic system.So I called them to schedule a first time patient meeting, and I was on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered. They told me the next appointment is in a month (for in person), or the following Monday for Telehealth. I opt to do the Telehealth appointment. Monday comes, and my phone appointment is scheduled at 3:00 pm. I'm sitting by my phone, and NO call for an hour. 4:00 pm hits, so I decided to go to the actual clinic in person. I get there, and the security guard (who relays messages back and forth with the front desk) tells me that Dr. Vescovo is very busy today - but that she will call me forsure today. The front desk girl also tells me the same, that Dr is busy but that she will call me today. So far, it's 6:00 PM and NO CALL. It's been 3 hours and absolutely nothing.They need to hire another medical professional here or do a way better job of scheduling and managing their appointments. This place is ridiculous.Save your time, stress, and sanity and change your primary! TCC system is a joke!

Went in one day to take my grandma to see her doctor AND I kid you not, we waited from 10:30am (her appointment was at 11am) till 2pm. The wait time is insane. Why have an appointment if she's not going to be seen until 3 hours later??

The nurses here are very rude and have attitude and when it comes to making appointments they tell you to call but never answer the phone. Over 20 minutes and they still on the line. Go anywhere else but here 10/10 won't recommend.

This is a very unprofessional clinic. They need to close this clinic down the nurses are very rude. I was turned around because I took an covid test 10days ago. Which my results came back negative but i still couldn't get a physical for my son. Then nurse rudely stated that well they can't do a physical outside. Like are you seriously!! This is my second time experience bad service at this clinic. Also they have old toring tables and doesn't give you that clean feeling...

I made an appointment.. waited 90 minutes then told 2 people were in front of me.. 3 other people walked in with NO APPOINTMENT and taken right back. The girls at the front desk were very rude and inappropriately talking about people in the waiting area. Guess what, I am still waiting. I was taken back put in a room and have been waiting again. 45 minutes and counting. Do not recommend this place..
