absolutely the worst people to try to deal with as far as getting in touch with the doctor or the pharmacy they direct you to leave a voicemail or to text them and then they promptly ignore the voicemails or texts you will never get a response back finally had to go through my insurance company to get a hold of anybody about a urgent prescription
Dr. Jessica Xing is incredibly caring. She speaks slowly and explains procedures thoroughly, which helped my mom (who doesn't speak much English) understand everything clearly. Dr. Xing goes above and beyond from personally calling the pharmacy, returning our calls herself, and being honest and transparent about my mom's condition and treatment plan. Office visits with her never feel rushed; she takes the time to make sure all of our questions are answered. The staff here are also very kind. I would highly recommend this facility.
Beware do not go here. Posting for friend last 4 years not good! Seniors do not waste time. Seniors this is the worst organization! Partner had problem with leg .. try to get a resolution for past 4 years.. every year she said " you ok" friend in pain ..terrible pain walking..currently went to er hospital . Had to have amputation! After 4 years. No parking ! Get a better doctor!
Very impressed , the staff pleasantly happy. My doctor totally informative, knowledgeable pleasant to talk to. From 1 to 10 she gets 11.
Surprisingly whenever I called I got a live person and was able to set up an appointment. All good vibes😊
Loved my first visit to the Oncology Institute, where the key word is "caring". Everyone there was helpful and empathetic, and I got solid, clear, and complete information from the radiologist. Since yesterday, I have spoken with her three times in followup calls, and she is always respectful and informative.
Helpful friendly staff Thank you for your great work!
Sometimes when you are having your darkest days a shining light will appear. As most of us know when you experience medical issues it’s overwhelming from dealing with insurance to doctors visits it can be very hard. My shining light was going to radiation everyday for a couple of months not that it was easy but because of the doctors and staff here made it positive they are the best group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with for my treatments thank all of you for your hard work and dedication. They motivated me every day to get up and get through this and for that I am thankful. Remember to thank all these type medical professionals when they are there for you always making you feel important and not just a patient it’s hard to find theses days. Thank all of you again for the support.
Office is a little unorganized. I had an appt last week. Came in and told me that my lab work was not finished and would need to reschedule. You would think they would call before my appt to let me know. Also wait time is pretty long. Appt today was for 3:30, now almost 5pm and still waiting.
Other offices might be different, but I don't recommend going to the Santa Ana office with Dr. Sapra. We waited for over an hour in the consultation room and he never showed up. We ended up leaving. Patients deserve better care than this. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
