I never saw Dr. Jiang. Was referred by my doctor and left a voice mail (which took them two days to respond). The next day I finally got a person who than informed me it would be five months before their next opening. Not quite sure how a doctor can look after patients when there is such a huge gap. I'm looking for treatment now, for an existing condition, not one in five months. Maybe Dr. Jiang needs to review his dedication to patients, since it looks like he's allowing himself to be heavily overbooked.

Dr. Jiang is an amazing pulmonologist. He’s proactive in treatment and he’s knowledgeable. He will never rush you. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jiang for several years.

First time visit. Front desk personnel were very cordial. Virtual intake (from home) in advance was awesome. At time of arrival all I had to do was give my name and birthdate. Nurse Elia was cognizant of my information simply verifying a few things, and was very welcoming, hospitable. Dr Thomas Jiang was punctual and knew from memory pertinent details of my history. Visit was quick, to the point, but not rushed at all; Dr Jiang took time to listen and address any questions. Best first visit to any provider and provider office ever had. I'm a fan.

Dr. Jiang is knowledgeable and breaks down medical terminology extremely well so I can understand what is going on regarding my symptoms, etc. He listens to my concerns and always give options to handle the situations.

Wish I could describe the visit, but uNable to review this provider as having waited over 3 months for an appointment, it was cancelled. Next available appointment 4 months out. Resulting in a greater than 7 month wait for care! Multiple calls to the appointment number requesting help has been met with “we will forward your request to the office manager.” To date no one from the actual practice has returned my call.

My appointment with Dr. Jiang was a great experience. The doctor didn’t have me waiting in the examination room for such a long time before he entered, he was concise, mindful and empathetic to my concerns and questions. My visit today was refreshing and much appreciated.
