Wish I could describe the visit, but uNable to review this provider as having waited over 3 months for an appointment, it was cancelled. Next available appointment 4 months out. Resulting in a greater than 7 month wait for care! Multiple calls to the appointment number requesting help has been met with “we will forward your request to the office manager.” To date no one from the actual practice has returned my call.

Dr. Jiang is very knowledgeable, responsive, attentive and compassionate. He listened to the issues and explained my mom’s condition thorough with caring during my hospital room visits. He didn’t rush me or questions left unanswered.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jiang for a few years, and he attended my husband in the hospital. He’s compassionate, attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He has never once rushed through a visit, and I always feel like he really cares about my wellbeing. I’ll be forever grateful for the kindness and care he showed to my husband—and to me—in my husband’s last days.

Dr. Jiang was easy to communicate with, he listened to my concerns, and provided advice I was comfortable with. He also asked plenty of questions to get a good understanding of my condition. I never felt rushed during my appointment and would definitely recommend Dr. Jiang to my family and friends.
