I'm a new patient, had the pleasure of meeting him yesterday. He made me feel very comfortable, definitely would recommend.

Dr McCloy has been a Wonderful Provider to me for 2 years now.... I was given a diagnosis within 3 months. This Never happened befor. Hes a Pretty Smart Cookie, and takes his time. Very Clean office, and Great Staff!

I have seen Dr McCloy for many years prior to moving from Long Beach to Las Vegas. He is kind, professional, intelligent and always a pleasurable experience. Does not rush you as he definitely cares for your needs. Highly recommended

Excellent clinician and highly experienced in his field. Last saw him over 42 years ago, but heard he's still practicing, which is quite impressive, considering he's put in over 50 years of the highest quality in patient care, and standards of ethics. Speaks volumes about his commitment to medicine.

Called to clarify waiting period for stat testing and medical assistant Cindy was really rude and hung up in my face,she was really annoyed and unprofessional

I called this afternoon to schedule an appointment, I was surprised when the receptionist answered because she was very rude and sounded like she hated her job. She then asked me for my information and phone number and then told me that she would return my call by tomorrow once she's reviewed my insurance. This was the most ridiculous things I've heard all day long! I work in a medical office, for a specialist to be exact and let me tell you it does not take an entire day to check someone's eligibility! It is URGENT that I see the doctor since I NEED to be referred to a specialist ASAP and I don't have the time to wait around. My organ is literally on the line and I've been told I need treatment ASAP yet this receptionists doesn't want to do her part by helping me schedule an appointment. This is ridiculous! Take your business elsewhere unless you want to wait DAYS to get assistance in scheduling an appointment!

I haven't even been given the chance to meet him because the receptionist seems to be very incompetent at her job and VERY rude!!! If she doesn't like her job she should find another one, because the first and second impression of this place is not anywhere I would recommend.

This is my second time here. The office is very nice. The decor in the waiting area doesn't say doctors office. It's very clean and inviting. Janice, the receptionist was pleasant and friendly. Dr. McCloy is an older gentleman and old fashion. Not like the young doctors now a days. He was very patient with me and address all my health issues. He took his time. He show care and not rushing to get to the next patient. They spaced out their appointment properly so they don't overlap hence no long wait. That's always a plus. Highly recommended.
