He is knowledgeable and friendly

My daughter fractured her leg and was sent to this surgeon for treatment by her insurance, and her treatment is being delayed just because they wanted a written X-ray report instead of the cd I was given by emergency room which I was explained it is normal practice. I spoked to someone named LaTanya who refused to request the report her self and against the advice of medical records from the ER she insisted I requested my self knowing it might take several days versus 45 minutes if she requested them. My daughter is still waiting to be seeing. ER doctors told us that all findings were in the CD and that waiting for a written was not only unpractical but unnecessary since all he need was in the CD.

in the face of this pandemic the doctor and office staff took great care of my daughters broken leg. we are grateful for his service.

My son was born with Spina Bifida, Myelomeningocele. He is currently 13.  Due to his condition, about a year ago he started to develop foot issues in his right foot where it began making it difficult for him to walk.  Dr. Cunningham performed major foot surgery on my son around 12 weeks ago to correct his condition. During the process we have had to take our son to see Dr. Cunningham a total of 6 times so far (3 times prior to surgery, the surgery date, and 2 post op appointments).  It is fair to say that my wife and I have had enough interaction with Dr. Cunningham to make a qualified assessment.  Dr. Cunningham is a GREAT doctor and surgeon.  He is extremely knowledgeable and a great listener but I think his most important attribute is that he cares.  Today, my sons right foot is still healing and in the recovery phase however he seems to be walking a lot better.  My wife and I would recommend Dr. Cunningham to anyone who is looking for a wonderful pediatric orthopedic surgeon.

Great doctor, but Having your front office keep people on hold for over half an hour is ridiculous. I've been waiting 30 minutes and am still on hold. Restaffing your front office would should very much be considered.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr.Cunningham. Very professional, patient and a highly skilled surgeon. I currently live in Atlanta. If I ever needed surgery, I would fly to to him. All around awesome man in medicine!!!

Rude and unprofessional

Dr Cunningham and his nurse Kathy are angels! Kathy has been such an incredible help with everything. Shes quick and super responsive with any question I have ever had about my daughters surgery. We got referred to Cunningham from the second specialist we had already seen and I was so upset and worried for my daughters future. When we finally got to Dr Cunningham his outlook and demeanor in regards to  my daughters hip was so positive, I felt instant relief. She had her surgery 3 weeks ago now and Im so glad it went as well as it did and she is on the road to recovery !

Great physician very professional as well as the RN in the back office assisting him , as for the front office 0 that’s why I couldn’t give the office a 4 or 5 star rating . Unprofessional and very rude . To schedule an appointment for my daughter it took me several calls plus the hold Time was about 25 - 30 min each time , the wait time to be seen at the office was about an hour so be prepared!

Dr.Cunningham recently did surgery on my Daughter foot well long story short he removed Hardware that was giving her Major problems. He did a great job hes very Professional and very Knowledgable.. Didnt mind explaining procedure in detail  might I add. I would highly recommend.  MAy God Bless him and his office staff in Torrance and Long Beach as well
