I had been going to Dr. Chuang for skin cancer treatment before I moved out of state. I have returned to California and hope to return to Dr. Chuang if he is accepting more patients. Dr. Chuang is very thorough, he does not miss any cancer. Some cancer just needed liquid nitrogen and some had to be cut out. I have gone to other dermatologists, and none compare to Dr. Chuang for quality care. I highly recommend Dr. Chuang.

Dr. Chuang is a thorough and thoughtful doctor. He took his time to explain and alleviate any concerns I had. He was professional and gave a personal touch. His medical assistant was friendly and helpful with a first time patient and his office staff assisted me from the moment I walked through the doors.

This is the WORST doctor! First of all his assistant was rude and kept breathing down my back. I asked her to back up a little bit, told that she was too close, she ignored my request. I told the doctor that I was not comfortable with her being so close, and he shrugged his shoulders, she remained. Everything I showed him and asked him about, his response was, "You'll just have to live with it". After hearing this 3 times, I said, " Is this all you have to say? I'll just have to live with it? This is ridiculous." Both of them looked at each other with smirks on their faces. If you want help, do NOT go there!

Dr. Chuang is the absolute WORST. He is rude, far from knowledgeable, a plain waste of time. His so called assistant would not give me any breathing room. I asked this woman, "Do you have to be so near to me, I feel uncomfortable". She did not budge. I said to the doctor, "Does she have to be so near?" He said, "YES"....I looked at both of them and said, "This is ridiculous"..also for every single one of my concerns, his response was, "You'll have to live with it". My advice - STAY FAR AWAY!!

My Parent starting seeing Dr. Chuang due to a skin issue occuring after a surgical procedure. The doctor is very polite and addresses the questions quickly. All in all a very nice doctor with a good bed-side manner!

This doctor is the worst. His assistant is annoying and refused to leave the room. They both insisted she stay even though I, the patient, made it clear that I was UNcomfortable with her there!!! He refused to help with any of my concerns, he kept saying, " Just live with it", "There's nothing that can be done"..until I said, "Really, other dermatologists have said, surgery can be done to remove"... Just a waste of time, believe me...do not go. I would rather stay home then ever see him again..not to mention his annoying, overbearing assistant (practically breathing down my back), making me, the patient, feel SO UNcomfortable!!
