WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Such rude staff didn't want to work or deal with customers! Don't go to work if your going to be in a bad mood and give rude service to customers in need !!

Absolutely horrible service. DONT COME HERE. My son had a cut that looked infected so my husband took him in. FIRST, staff did not want to attend them because they were not wearing a mask. My husband asked if they could be provided with one or if they could BUY one and staff refused. Since it was an emergency they went back to the car put masks on and walked in again. FOR THE SECOND TIME staff refused to attend them because they did not have an appointment. What an absolute lack of professionalism. I'm I'm very disappointed.

Dr. Sterling is helping with my back pain so that I can live normally and exercise again with full range of motion. I just need to make sure to follow my treatment plan by attending the appointments. Thank you, team!

Do not choose this clinic as your primary care Dr they have horrible service they never answer the phone so you constantly have to be going to the actual clinic to get any information!

The staff is friendly and professional and each time I've had an appointment, I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes until I was seen. I highly recommend their chiropractic services.

I normally don't like to complain, but man this office is ridiculous!!! I tried to make an appt for my daughter back in June and the receptionist verify her coverage and the appt was confirm the day before. I get a call right at her appt time via telephone appt telling me that my daughter doesn't have active coverage, when I myself called and verify it as well. I'm now trying to call to make a new appt to give them another chance and the phone keeps ringing and ringing and there's no voicemail set up for whether they're out to lunch or the office hours. This is so annoying and ridiculous!!!
