Dr Mei is a sweetheart, very gentle and explains the procedure as she goes. It’s very comforting and will continue to receive my botex here. The staff is very kind too.

I wanted this to be such a good experience because the doctor is so close to my house BUT IT WAS THE WORSE experience with any doctor.First, she is the only doctor there, so she is always busy, so it takes weeks and sometimes months to get an appointment. The people that work there are quite incompetent. They scheduled and re-scheduled appointments many times.THEY CHARGE if you miss your appointment and also IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF LETTER (they charge $50)...for instance if you want a letter from your doctor about your back or whatever pain you have, they charge.Another major problem is with the actual doctor. She did not seem to care and my level of pain was unbearable with my back but she said to wait 5 months to see if it gets better. My husband had a torn shoulder and she did not refer him to a specialist. The same, she told him to come back in a few months. I also asked NUMEROUS times for prenatal vitamins and she kept on forgetting to call it in.The office staff is rude. When we did get our appointment, we were there waiting 2.5hrs to be seen - what is the point of an appointment?Also, doctor and staff push on products and services that insurance does not cover, like botox etc. Overall - STAY AWAY and do not waste your time.

Came here for the botox deal and was impressed. The Drs office is super clean and accesible. The front desk was very organized and the ladies were super friendly. The Dr was very attentive and knowledgeable about where best and how best to use the injections. She helped me redeem some remaining credits I had with the brilliant distinctions program. Parking is good, plus the beach is just down the street! Yay! Would come again!

I've been seeing Dr. Mei for a while now. Dr. Mei is great and the rest of the folks who work there are terrific. I always feel well taken care of after a visit.

DR.Mei is very Thorough she spends time with you and answers all questions.Listens 2 what you have 2 say and actually cares for you.She has called me with follow up results not someone from the office i like that I want 2 talk with the Dr not the assistant. If you need a primary doctor Give her a shot that's all I can say I think you might like her.

Dr. Mei was referred to us by a friiend and we could not be more satisfied. She really spends a lot of time with my Mom, and at 91, it's hard to find doctors that are willing to do that. We think she's great!

Dr. Mei is always very thoughtful, thorough and looks for the best treatment. I had my previous PCP for 20 years and I did my research when picking a new one. I am so glad I went with Dr. Mei!
