They staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially when it came to insurance. The tech and the hygienist was so sociable and engaged in conversation which made things so enjoyable. The dentist was very informative and helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back.
Dr Habibi/Marvin was great and will come again they do great work good with the patient
Terrible experience. The front desk staff and the techs are very kind and professional. The dental hygienist is one of the most out of touch, insulting and unhelpful people I have ever encountered in this profession. I had a follow up appointment today to have a regular cleaning, she didn’t even look in my mouth! She seemed annoyed when I told her my insurance is running out on the 21st. This is something I have told them several times. She walked me to the lobby to schedule these items that need approval and are high cost - like a deep cleaning and a gum surgery (she suggested today) while having NOT performed the service I was scheduled to come in for today. She left me in the lobby without saying a word. I was in shock when they said that’s it for today. Nothing happened. I am concerned they are being dishonest with my insurance and charging for services they haven’t done. Don’t come here.
TLDR: This place takes advantage of people. I was told by two separate staff members that my insurance does not cover tooth-colored fillings for cavities at my first visit here. I just accepted this fact and paid what my bill said. After, I checked my insurance portal and the difference between what it said on my claim versus what they charged me was $349. I called an insurance agent to ask what went wrong, and he plainly stated that many dentists take advantage of people with HMO plans and that they should have known that the filling was covered by my insurance. However, he told me to give them the benefit of the doubt and try to get a refund directly from them. I called and told them my situation, and a staff member at West Coast said they would call me back about the issue. Shocker, they didn't! So I had to visit the office, get copies of my documents and scans, and file a grievance through my insurance. I finally got my refund, but DO NOT go here. I am young and have some free time to pursue these matters, but I can only imagine how many other vulnerable, busy, disadvantaged people they may have taken advantage of or lied to. Some of my emails throughout this ordeal say it is the patient's responsibility to know what their coverage is, and I get that to some extent, but it's plain knowledge that our healthcare system is broken. I expect my healthcare providers to be knowledgeable about insurance plans since that is their job. A $349 overcharge is unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of all that, the quality of my cavity fills aren't that great either.
I have been coming here for years and it's so frustrating because sometimes they're fine and other times they're really not. They have rotating dentists so I rarely see the same one and this time their mistake was enough to push me to write this. I was told by one dentist about a month ago that one tooth would need to get a root canal and a crown- fine. Then when I came in to get that procedure done I was told something entirely different, that the information I was given was incorrect and I would need to get an extraction and tooth replacement. The difference in cost between the two is drastic, the first would have been covered by my insurance and the second costs $4000 to get an implant to replace this tooth. A bridge isn't an option and I think it's pretty normal to not want a fake one that comes out, I think it's pretty reasonable to expect that of course someone would want something more permanent like an implant. It's a WILDLY different scenario that I was not financially prepared for and it's extremely upsetting to be hit with that kind of news when you were first told something else. It feels like this place just has anyone and everyone (dentists) come in and tell us whatever and it doesn't even matter because the next dentist will tell me something different, this is not the first time this has happened to me. The front desk workers have always been really nice and helpful but the dental assistant helping me today kept trying to show me what other dentists said before this last one as if it is my fault I misdiagnosed myself. If I can't trust one dentist how can I trust any of them when they just have any irresponsible person coming in to treat patients? I don't trust them and unfortunately I don't really have other options. There needs to be someone overseeing these random dentists coming in and misdiagnosing people, the last dentist I saw shouldn't be allowed to practice dentistry if she's really this bad.
Great staff and I love the team of women here Dr Manosov and Phyllis and zenaida is a great team ! You come the day they are all there you will be the respect and confidence and compassion of these women great service for the front desk as well .
Phyllis and staff were amazing! Great conversation, explanations and all around great office.
I had a great experience at West Coast Dental. Dulce at the front desk was super kind, helpful, and made everything smooth from the start. The doctor was also excellent, professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure I was comfortable. Overall, the team was friendly, efficient, and really cared about solving my problem.
Today i had dental work done my Ms M and Joanne. They come highly recommended. I thought they were awesome. I've been going to westcoast dental for 3 years now. The light they use comes with this mirror like image so can can see the dental work with your own eyes which i thought was interesting. Before Ms M I had the Persian dentist he was awesome to. And there a In and out burger next door. And Marshall.
Came in for a full exam after recently losing a filling. I was greeted by the very friendly receptionists and promptly called to the back for x-rays. My x-rays were taken by Javier, he was very fast and professional. I then had my exam with Dr. Habibi, he listened to my concerns and gave me my options. The exam was very thorough and informative. I was able to get my filling redone and my cleaning the same day, I had no pain at all, and the doctor made sure I was comfortable with the whole procedure. Annabelle went over my treatment plan with me and made sure I understood everything and was very kind. I was also assisted by Marvin and Ashley, they were both very friendly and had a positive vibe. would definitely recommend this office!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
